I submit that Mark Kelly knowingly broke the law when he bought this gun. One of the questions asked on the form is whether he is buying the gun for himself or another. If buying the gun for another he is a straw buyer. He told the news that he is going to take that semi-automatic rifle straight to the Tuscon Police. He did not buy the gun for himself, he bought it for the Tuscon Police and lied on the disclosure form.

Meantime he´s making $$$$ parading his wife in front of paid forums....the liberal Richmond Times Dispatch failed to mention this in their big article this morning.....the two were in Richmond last night speaking & making $$$$ speaking against guns..
