Pau´s fillibutser actually exposed the GOP´s main problem. They don´t have a venue to reach massive numbers of people. The left has locked down all their access to free media..Even if they go on a show like MTP,they´re going to get hammered with what the critics said.

All the networks have given Obama free airtime to answer the preloaded questions.This makes a huge difference.Unless you read some variety of right wing news,you wouldn´t even know republicans are alive except as a spectre blocking progress.

I stopped watching C-Span about 6 years ago,even though I was a huge fan of the channel.It all stated with the Larry Craig incident and every morning´s topic was about that for close to a month. It told me the behind the scenes people were liberal co-opters of the station.

The point is,Paul caught everybody off guard the other day and the players involved won´t let it happen again.

Paul stated that it was by accident the Senate floor was not protected by Dingy Hairy----a slip-up on Dingy´s part which gave him an excellent opportunity to command the well of the Senate.

con´d:MO, jealousy was the biggest cause for McCain and Graham´s out bursts at Paul, Cruz, Rubio and Lee. Mc & G want to be the defacto leaders of the Republican party, and resent the newer Senators receiving the accolades. Granted, they have been mentoring one of the new Senators--she´s been glued at the hip to both McCain and Graham since early on-----This IMO is the actions of McCain as a direct slap at his running mate of 2008--also the fact that Sen. Cruz has publicly stated Palin was the turning point of his campaign when the grassroots pushed his campaign to a forward march position. It was almost a year before McCain even gave his simpering thanks to Palin for his not being totally slaughtered by obama in 2008 and before he ever got around to semi-defending her. There was total silence from McC when she was virtually stabbed by the media and others for the Tucson´s shootings for weeks. Not once did he come to her defense. Palin´s defense came from the left in the form of Law Prof. Horowitz. Yes, McCain has show his vindictive nature before when GW won the nomination in 2000 and with his backup of Graham echoing his sentiments he thinks he is in charge of the republicans.
