| RUSH: Okay, folks, what we have here is a fascinating object lesson. What we have here is a golden opportunity. What is happening in the aftermath of the Rand Paul filibuster is very useful. This is extremely eye opening. The filibuster itself was eye opening and has its own educational aspects. But what´s happening in the aftermath is almost as intriguing to me. There must be a top notch Conservative in SC to run against Graham. If Graham gets the bid to be the Republican nominee in the next election, I will, either not vote or I will vote for the "D", no way it could be worse than Graham. Besides, the Republicans are making it very clear they are not interested in controlling the Senate.

Rush the term Establishment is as worn out as the label RINO. Replace them -- Tell individual truths or failures of each elected or appointed member of government so people will be informed and listen.

Poster #14 with respect, Senator Coburn of Oklahoma has been wanting fame and a "seat at the RINO table" in the last few years.
He once was a sold firebrand for the conservative side, but its been hard for him to resist temptation lately. Perhaps he sees himself at McCain´s replacement as the de facto leader of the new "old Bulls" and is setting himself up to take over.
As a physician, he should be fighting Obamacare tooth and nail!

DUBAI - A powerful earthquake killed four people in southern Iran on Tuesday close to the country´s only nuclear power station, state television and agencies reported. A Red Cross official said two villages had been heavily damaged by the magnitude 6.3 quake but the Russian company that built the Bushehr plant said the reactor was undamaged. So maybe life in the old days wasn´t all Ozzy and Harriet, or Wally and Beaver. In their day, however, we do know that one in ten school-age children were not being diagnosed with ADHD. That also means two-thirds of those children were not being treated with stimulants like Ritalin and Adderall. Neither were 5% of 12-19 year olds taking anti-depressants. This raises the question: besides the egregious influence of pill-pushing pharmaceutical companies, what was different in American life previous to the prescription drug culture in which our children now live?

North Korea’s young leader Kim Jong-un is waiting for United States President Barack Obama to make a phone call to Pyongyang to discuss easing tensions on the Korean peninsula, according to Russia’s news agency Itar-Tass. Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church.
