I seem to recall a recent string of articles that reported that kids as young as a 5, 6 and 7 years-old were having sexual intercourse and/or oral sex in the class room with a teacher or teaching assistant actaully present and did not notice the activity.

I do not know the details, but it seems to me if explicit sexual education is introduced to such young children, won´t they more than likely experiment.

And also, where are the parental controls and consent to such type of education? And how is such instruction going to take into account that females biologically mature much younger than males thereby creating an incongruity with their respecitive intellectual, psychological and emotional development?

Historical facts that do not fit the narrative Leftists proclaim are ignored or downplayed, while those that seem to do so are cherry picked and given great emphasis.

Chicago schools are among the nation´s worst. They can´t teach a child to read, write, add or subtract, but thank God they want to talk to your four year-old about sex.

By the time they are 12 and sexually active they will need to know this stuff like the other second graders their age.
