Obama’s Random Mutations
American Spectator, by George Neumayr

Original Article

Barack Obama’s position on gay marriage hasn’t so much “evolved” as revolved. In 1996, as a state Senate candidate in Illinois, he told Outlines (which became the Windy City Times), a gay magazine based on Chicago’s North Side, that he supported “legalizing same-sex marriages, and would fight any effort to prohibit such marriages.” Even some on the left acknowledge that he and his aides have been lying about his supposed evolution on gay marriage for years. “He always supported it,” David Plotz of Slate has written.

Why wouldn´t Obama support gay marriage when he a complete leftist through and through on other issues.Taking a position against gay marriage could have been a big plot for extract dollars from deep pocketed gays. Most of Howard Dean´s donations came from gays but at he time was just too much to swallow for the broad based dem voters.Kerry went from worst to first virtually overnight right after the I had a scream speech..

Take just about any issue and one could write a long article about how Obama lied about his position on it. He is the biggest liar to ever hit politics.

Obama lied back in 2008 about his opposition to gay marriage to ensure that he would get the Black vote, since they are mainly opposed to gay marriage.
What´s so hard to understand. HE LIED. He always lies. he lies repeatedly and cntinuousl on all matters great and small.

Cuomo’s grasp of public opinion
leaves de Blasio looking dumb
New York Post, by Bob McManus    Original Article

Is anybody looking dumber than Bill de Blasio right about now? Tuesday’s Quinnipiac University poll gave him a 45 percent public-approval rating, down from 53 percent in January. This is consistent with earlier surveys, and it is astonishingly low for a new mayor. But de Blasio has been stepping in cow pies since he took his hand off the Bible on Inauguration Day. The consequences have ranged from minor embarrassments to the humiliating drubbing he’s now taking from Gov. Cuomo on education reform.

In early February this year, I wrote a column for The Hill in which I tried to talk Democrats off the cliff. I warned them against having such a gloomy outlook for November. To tell you the truth, though, when I saw the result from the Florida special election last Tuesday, I asked myself where my straight razor was because I thought I might need it. But before we succumb to 1994 and 2010 syndrome, I’d like to say that a lot of the things that I said in the February column remain true. The fundamental consideration is this: if

Next Tuesday, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments concerning constitutional challenges to Obamacare’s contraception mandate brought by Hobby Lobby Stores and Conestoga Wood Specialties. (snip) Neither company objects to birth control, per se. Indeed, both provide coverage to their employees for most types of contraception. Yet civilization as we know it will collapse if the justices rule in their favor, according to the increasingly shrill prognostications of panicky liberals. Such a decision, progressives shriek, would constitute a victory for the dark forces behind the “war on women,” erode employee protections against discrimination, and dramatically reduce access to health care

Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.) has been near the top of the list of the most vulnerable senators facing reelection since day one of the 2014 election cycle. But notable developments in recent weeks suggest her seat is increasingly at risk of falling into Republican hands.Republican groups have blitzed Landrieu over the airwaves while she has gotten limited cover from Democratic allies; polls show she is locked in a close race against Rep. Bill Cassidy (R); and now, Landrieu is reserving $2.6 million in airtime between April and June, an apparent recognition that the cascade of opposition ads has forced her

This Wednesday, an article in the New York Times reported that between 2008 and 2012 the number of adults taking medications for ADHD has increased by 53%, and that in the case of young American adults, it has nearly doubled. While this is a staggering statistic, and points to younger generations becoming frequently reliant on stimulants, frankly, I’m not too surprised. Over the course of my 50-year-long career in behavioral neurology and treating patients with ADHD, it has been in the past decade that I have seen these diagnoses truly skyrocket. "Ready for Hillary” is the rather ominous name given to the super-PAC working on behalf of Hillary Clinton’s putative presidential campaign. One group that appears to be ready for Hillary, according to the Hill, is the vast array of lobbyists known as K Street: With Democrats in Congress already anointing Clinton as the party’s standard-bearer, lobbyists are pledging their allegiance and making clear they will do whatever they can to help the former first lady become first in command. .??.??. Back in September, our family received an Obamacare-induced health insurance death notice. We joined millions of other Americans whose individual market health plans died after Democrats lied about our ability to keep the plans and doctors we liked. President Obama tried to "fix" the mess he created. But as usual, the federal government´s solutions have made things even worse. Confusion and chaos reign not just in our household, but across the country. As I reported last fall, our letter from Anthem BlueCross BlueShield of Colorado informed us that we could no longer keep our high-deductible PPO plan with a wide doctor network

If they are able to take an action they will sooner or later take it, whether or not it’s a good thing, even whether or not it is legal. Defenders of the surveillance state as it is currently organized and constituted blithely argue that laws, rules, traditions and long-held assumptions will control or put a damper on the actions of those with the power to invade the privacy of groups or individuals. These schools have given thousands of low income minority children their only shot at a decent education, which often means their only shot at a decent life. The words came out of my mouth before I could stop them. “I feel sorry for Obama,” I said. As my wife looked at me in disbelief, I quickly added a correction. “Well, almost.” Beset by failures at home and abroad, the president cuts a lonely and sad figure these days. His aura of grief reflects his profound loss. His worldview crashed headlong into reality, and reality won. Obamaism is dead, may it rest in peace. The expected rate hikes will be announced in the coming months amid an intense election year, when control of the Senate is up for grabs. The sticker shock would likely bolster the GOP’s prospects in November and hamper ObamaCare insurance enrollment efforts in 2015. The industry complaints come less than a week after Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius sought to downplay concerns about rising premiums in the healthcare sector.
