Bill O’Reilly Blows Up In Epic
Segment With Alan Colmes, Rages
At Him: ‘This Is Just Bull-Blank!’

Mediaite, by Josh Feldman

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 3/5/2013 8:42:23 PM

Bill O’Reilly brought on Alan Colmes and Monica Crowley to talk about President Obama‘s seeming reticence to offer any meaningful spending cuts, but most of the segment involved O’Reilly getting into a shouting match with Colmes over Colmes not being able, as O’Reilly viewed it, to provide concrete examples of what Obama wants to cut. O’Reilly repeatedly shouted at Colmes, called him a liar, and declared his claims to be “bull-blank.” Colmes told O’Reilly that it shouldn’t be a surprise that Obama is trying to get Congress back in the hands of the Democrats in 2014,

Comments:
It was epic indeed. Say what you will about O´Reilly, but he just eviscerated Colmes, as well as Barack Obama. I´m truly sorry he didn´t do this prior to the election. It might have made some difference. I have been watching Fox since it began and I have never seen him as angry. Colmes deserved every bit of it.

Colmes is really just an ignorant and arrogant twit; why Fox even has him on is a mystery. I can not imagine anyone who could listen to this swarmy leftist who spews out lies and then talks over anyone else who disagrees with him. His smile is putrid.

Finally O´Reilly decides truth rules and calls Colmes and Obama the liars they are...great moment that should have happened long ago

I saw this and it was nice to see someone as frustrated with what is going on as most Ldotters blow up at the idiot obama supporter Colmes. He may have come on a little strong but what Obama is doing needs some harsh blowback.

Haven´t watched the show yet...I always DVR to skip Bekel and M.Lamont Hill.

O´Reilly finally seems to have awakened to the fact that being "fair" doesn´t mean you have to be an idiot.

I´ll be happy to watch because Holmes generally gets the FF button too...he is always an idiot. Monica Crowely must really love her sister

I also wish that O´Reilly would finally give Glen Beck so credit...he was warning that Obama´s ideology was the most dangerous componenent of his governing strategy way back in early 2009.

Sure, O´Reilly is doing well these days, especially against Colmes. But he needs to do a thumb check of his pre-election shows where he said that Obama was merely a politician swanting to be reelected! We all know that was pure BS then just as Colmes´ defence of Dictator-in-Chief Obama is now.

Saw it, heard it and then watched as Bor spent the remaining hour talking about it with his other guests to smooth out the blow blow up. In the end, he more or less apologized, again, to A. C. One night blow out with Juan Williams and the death of the 80 something woman, 911 call, and failure to save her. Next night it´s Colmes. When will Bill fully awake to what he knows is the horrible truth. Obomba wishes to destroy the USA. Bill, as B. Hume said....´time to put on the big boy pants.

Those who have watched O´Reilly for awhile probably recognize that his current opinion of Obama (and Obama´s malevolent intentions for America) represents an evolution, for an intelligent independent, from bending over backwards to be "fair" to a possibly socialistic president who is entitled to his own way of doing things, to the realization that Obama is a clear and present danger to America. When Colmes again continued his perpetual lies on the show, O´Reilly had FINALLY had enough of this elitist weasel and called him a liar ~ long overdue. Americans, like O´Reilly, may finally have had enough of the Marxist Obama and his lackeys like Colmes.

This is O´Reilly´s schtick. It´s what keeps him at the top of the ratings list and he knows it. It´s all pre-planned Bull-Blank not much different than the World Wrestling Federation. Good vs. Evil. Rant and rave. Boy, ol´ Bill really gave it to Colmes last night. Fox´s primetime has turned into fodder for the right wing low-information voter. Pure emotionalism.

Unfortunately, O´Reilly´s righteous anger is an election late and a few episodes short. He played it cute by pandering to Obama prior to the election just to get him on the show. And he has faked...yes, faked...defending Obama more than once just to stay in his good graces and for rating points. Well, Bill, you got the interview, the ratings, and the criminal dictator you deserve...you fool you.

Bill is late to the truth. He still doesn´t completely get it. When Monica pointed out that he wants his last two years to be like his first two years when he had the majority in the house and senate so he can advance his progressive liberal agenda, he argued with her. He said this is different because he doesn´t even articulate a plan. He said that at least Obamacare was a plan. Bill doesn´t see that he has to hide his real agenda for his last 2 yrs from the people or he´ll never destroy the republicans in 2014.

It sure was fun watching him come unhinged.

I saw it. How many times this would have been appropriate with other guests but instead O´Reilly smiled in a superior, dismissive, I see all sides way, passing up all chances to point out the truth. This was not the best chance he had to stand up for the truth. I can´t stand Colmes but Colmes didn´t say anything he doesn´t always say, and I had to wonder what set O´Reilly off. I think he felt superior enough to Colmes to put on an act. I was not impressed.

Reply 31 - Posted by: veritas, 3/6/2013 4:53:41 AM     (No. 9210611)

1. Colmes has always been the kind of water-carrying toady who gives toadies a bad name. As bad as any Leftist in that regard. And [ad hominem alert] sorry, but he looks like someone whose mug shot would pop up when you check a registered child molester site. Not making any accusations!

2. O´Reilly strikes me [and always has] as: relatively smart-ish, but hugely impressed with his own "intelligence"; not at all a disciplined thinker; not grounding his positions in sound, examined principles; content to jump aboard any populist position he likes; constantly marketing himself; thinking he deserves the richest rewards and floods of accolades for "lookin´ out for" us peons. YMMV.

I´ve known quite a few people who could easily "eat O´Reilly´s lunch" intellectually, and have plenty of room left for a full Thanksgiving dinner. To borrow inspiration from Murray Gell-Mann, if BOR thinks himself a mental giant, it´s because he´s always been around mental midgets.

We at Schloss Veritas are neither impressed nor amused.

I stopped watching O´Really´s show years ago. His "anger" at wax face Colmes about the O´clown comes way too late. I´ve seen clips of when the dope was shilling for Oblungler when he was on his show. And now that the nitwit has gotten reelected Bill is strating to come around? Please the shouting match with Colmes was nothing more than a ratings ploy. The bloviating Obama suck up needs to get over himself because this "folk" doesn´t need him looking out for me.
