Don´t know who this Adam Carolla is but this is great!! Good for him.

I think he´s a pretty new addition to the Fox stable. I will have to pay closer attention to him.

Here is a partial explanation. If a person is participating in the underground (cash) economy, selling drugs, running illegal drinking establishments, buying and selling food stamp allotments, that person does not want a bank account. Bank transactions could be viewed as money laundering, should the account be used. In addition, any bank transation of 3000 dollars or more, is subject to legal scrutiny.
Blacks and hispanics are much more likely participants in that underground economy.

So he asked the Elephant-In-The-Room question, didn´t he? Good on him!

No, I don´t think the host surmised that the reason was ENTIRELY that, but it´s safter than the whole truth to say that. Like me, the host could have surmised that another part of the equation is the generational welfare that keeps blacks and hispanics on the plantation. After all, Democrats need the welfare vote and are willing to subjugate entire minority groups in order to get those votes.

It´s insidious and insulting, but so long as we have ObamaPhone men and women around who really believe they´re better off with welfare than with work, we will have such LoFos around.

I applaud Carolla. We need more such openness. It will help to put PC-ness back into the cesspool from which it emerged.

Access to a checking account and/or an ATM has nothing to do with anything other than a track record of not paying your bills. Make your car or rent payments late, ignore traffic tickets, have your vehicle repo’ed, run up huge credit card debt, don’t pay ordered child support……voila!!! No access to a checking account, no access to a car loan, no access to a credit card account, can’t buy a house, everything becomes cash on the line.
No one’s fault except ones’ self.

Adam Carolla used to be partnered with Dr. Drew on a show called Love Lines. They recently reteamed and are doing some live venues of their show. Adam has been featured for some of his openness on Breitbart´s Big Hollywood website recently.

For those who don´t know, Adam Carolla and Jimmy Kimmel hosted The Man Show which had a good 5 year run. Kimmel also was the host on Win Ben Stein´s Money. I would bet that some of Ben´s conservative ideas rubbed off.

Sad to say it but some cultures lend themselves to be takers...call it opportunistic or just plain lazy there is NO excuse for not getting educated and getting a job with all the free programs out there. So we have to assume they have taken the Takers Pledge to NOT WORK and are just bums!

Carolla does a weekly segment on O´Rielly on FOX. Not a very PC guy. He tells it like it is with no apology.

Newsom claims to be the product of a single parent household with a mother working two jobs to make ends meet. Actually, his father was the tax attorney for Getty Oil. Hardly an "at risk" situation.

Earlier in the program, a cop stated that he was "not permitted to answer" the question regarding ticketing motorists, instead of rounding up the illegal aliens within clear sight.

Where is it stated that police officers are forbidden from answering certain questions? Does California muzzle certain groups? Legally?

I´m gonna call BS.
