The leftist Drmocrats have attacked everything traditional and dear to Americans since the 1960´s. They have been full of venom and hate on every front while the media calls for bipartianship.

We´re at the tipping point where these leftist knuckle-draggers cannot be compromised with any longer. We are tip toeing along the precipice while being asked to just take one more step in their direction as compromise. Well, we have compromised ourselves into the sewer for 50 years and if we are ever to climb out of the sludge we had better start fighting. And the leadership in congress just doesn´t seem to see it.

Ellison´s rude, ugly, demagogic behavior shows "our broken politics?" What on earth does THAT mean?

It doesn´t mean anything whatever. It is just Kurtz´ way or trying to establish moral equivalence between Hannity and Ellison, conservatives and Leftists, good behavior and bad behavior. Kurtz cannot escape the obvious, that Ellison´s behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable - but he lacks the moral backbone to say so in direct, unequivocal terms. So he tries to muddy the waters and obscure what really happened. He winds up talking out of both sides of his mouth. Pathetic as this is, it is perhaps progress of a sort.

The episode shows only what many people already suspected, that Ellison is a poor specimen of humanity and a bad choice as a congressman. That - and that it is a mistake to provide a man like him with a public forum to abuse and misuse.

Howie has sit back and let the left debase our political system for years, now that a second Civil War maybe brewing he steps up. Democrats have gotten away with lies, smears and racism so long that they don´t even try and hide it anymore. Howie and friends have only themselves to blame when you replace America good government standards of debate, integrity and respect for a two Party Systemm with Marxist Alinsky Rules for Radicals don´t let the Ellison´s of this world shock you. Kurtz states that Hannity is not the ´poster boy for bipartisanship´? Does Kurtz think he is? Conservatives have withstood lies, insults, spewed hatred and contempt from the left for years and I say enough already. Ellison is an elected representative from Minnesota and irregardless of his politics or religion he at least has the responsibility to be civil and sound like an adult. This is not a sign of ´broken politics´. It s a sign that the Left have lost their collective minds and the media are complicit. Ellison should not be asked to return to Fox News ever. He should stay with his own kind on MSNBC so if you are dumb enough to tune in you will know what to expect.

I think we should invite Ellison to speak out more often. Let´s make sure everyone can hear what he has to say. Give him all the air time he wants. That way reasonable people can come to their own conclusions about him.

The sniveler known as Howard Kurtz really needs to put his big boy pants on. He really needs to step up and acknowledge what is going on within his party. His oblivious see no evil attitude doesn´t help, only encourages bad lib behaviour.

Right from the first sentence of this article it tells us the problem with the msm.

Kurtz assumed. Assumptions have no part in true journalism. Questions, yes. Facts, yes. Assumptions, no. And this is all the media does. They dictate to us what we need to know, and most of the time it´s certainly not truth.

Ellison certainly did not "lose it" or have a "meltdown," as Rush and others have described. He was in control the entire time. This was the same kind of pre-emptive assault we saw during the Clinton impeachment: name-calling, shouting down, and attempting to tar your opponents as immoral - for doing the very things your side is doing.

If our "politics are broken," it is in the sense that those who still believe in the Republic are not recognizing and standing up to those who would destroy it.
