| The Internal Revenue Service on Friday unveiled its proposal to raise tens of billions of dollars through annual fees on health insurers, prompting fierce criticism from industry groups who warn the costs will be passed along to consumers. The proposed rule from President Obama´s healthcare law will be published for public consideration in Monday’s Federal Register. The rule would assess annual fees on most insurers that would total $8 billion next year and rise thereafter, eclipsing $14 billion in 2018, according to the IRS.

The IRS does not want this burden but is stuck with it.
It is also stuck with Obama´s rule that the IRS must send out refunds before they have time to examine them for fraud, resulting in our money flowing out by the millions.

What a clever, creative marketing name for the most massive theft of private dollars in the history of the United States.

This is probably rooted in the fact the left just hates insurance companies making a profit. They already told them they have to pay out 80% of revenue on claims..Charging these idiotic fees means they might not have money to pay claims or just fold their tents and go home.
I wonder how much of this stuff was in the law or they´re making it up as they go along. If it was in the law,how come insurance companies appear shocked by it?

The population of the US is almost 315.5 million at this very moment.
Divide $14 billion by 315.5 million to find the amount passed on to every adult, child and baby--and be careful, you might get up and stagger into something sharp.
Short and sweet:
b>This is the death of the private insurance industry and we shall all (except the Obama-deemed elites) be at the mercy of death panels and who knows what else.
Where are conservatives on this? What can we do to stop it? One old geezette like me standing in front of the local federal building with a sign is not going to help. Where is the Tea Party? Who´s going to organize a protest in front of every federal building in the country--never mind on April 15, as soon as possible? After the local protests we can do Washington DC. Take names and e-mail addresses, do what the Obama admin does, build a data base and play it like a Stradivarius.
If this is what the administration is doing now, what are they going to be doing next week, never mind a couple of years hence. We knew something bad was going to happen when the administration began hiring thousands and thousands of new IRS people. Well, now we know.
The bullets thing isn´t true, not really? Ha! Pull the other one.
We have just about run out of time, y´all.

Everyone needs to start forwarding these "surprises" about Obamacare to every contact they have and post them on Facebook. Since the majority of Americans still rely on the MSM for their news, they aren´t getting the truth, but we don´t have to sit on our hands. We can spread the word.

TOKYO – Taro Aso has never been one to hold his tongue. But Japan’s 72 year-old deputy prime minister may have outdone himself with his latest gaffe. At a government panel to discuss social security reforms, the former prime minister called the elderly who are unable to feed themselves “tube people,” then proceeded to say the elderly should be allowed to “hurry up and die” to reduce the burden on a country tasked to pay for their medical expenses.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Beginning a week of high pressure on gun control, the White House on Monday accused some Republican senators of cowardice for planning to filibuster gun legislation without allowing the full Senate to vote on President Obama’s initiatives. “If they oppose this legislation, have the courage to say so on the floor and vote no,” said White House press secretary Jay Carney. “Don’t block it. Don’t hide behind a procedural action to prevent a vote. That’s the wrong thing to do, and that’s how the president clearly feels.”

There was growing buzz over the weekend that a bipartisan agreement on gun control — a deal that would expand background checks — could hit the floor as early as this week. However, any deal could be derailed by the looming threat of a Republican filibuster involving Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. With Cruz standing proudly in the way of any gun legislation, Democrats are trying to make him pay a political price — and even a couple of high-profile Republicans are questioning his tactics.

Married couple George Harasz and Douglas Wirth of Glastonbury were supposed to be sentenced Friday in Hartford Superior Court under a plea deal, but instead withdrew from their agreement with prosecutors.
