| I was just sittin’ here in the office listenin’ to the president givin’ a speech when, ya know, it occured to me, that there’s nothin’ more condescending than pretendin’ that, since everyone in America who is not an upper middle-class liberal drops the “g” in “ing” and, in all circumstances, says “ya” insead of “you,” the President of the United States should talk like this. Whadaya think? I’m thinkin’ it’s pretty silly, is what I’m thinkin’.

Well. he is a harvard man with an IQ off the charts , just ask any lib. From day one I´ve wondered why he pronounces for as fer. I stated here two years ago and I will state again IQ 125 at the most.

Congrats to anyone who can watch/listen to him. I can´t grab the remote quick enough if he happens to show up when I´m watching FNC.
I´ve just about given up on FNC these days. They need to issue a prior warning.

uhs, ums, stuff, guys in addition to all the others above. He deserves all the criticism we can heap on him for his spoken words (not to mention his policies), but we who post here need to be careful about our written word usage. Too, to, two; your, you´re; loose, lose; its, it´s, etc. We do have a chance to preview what we´ve written before posting so let´s use that feature. I think we´re taken more seriously when we do.

WORCESTER - The body of Tamerlan Tsarnaev has been buried somewhere outside of Massachusetts, according to a funeral home official briefed on the situation. The official said that the remains of the suspected Boston Marathon bomber were removed sometime before midnight Wednesday from the Graham Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors where his body has been since last Friday. The burial location was approved by Ruslan Tsarni, the suspected terrorist’s uncle who has represented the family as he and funeral home director Peter Stefan tried to find a cemetery willing to accept the remains for burial. The D.C. Court of Appeals will allow several employers to move forward with a lawsuit that would prevent the National Labor Relations Board from ruling on their cases. Three companies had sued the NLRB on the grounds that it did not have the authority to rule on labor disputes. The motion of consolidation issued by the judges will combine the suits and allow them to move forward with oral arguments scheduled for September. Glenn Taubman, a lawyer with the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, hailed the victory as another step forward to restoring balance in labor disputes.

Much has already been written and said about the lack of media attention the Kermit Gosnell abortion case has received. In 2002, the U.S. military had just two kinds of camouflage uniforms. One was green, for the woods. The other was brown, for the desert. Then things got strange. Today, there is one camouflage pattern just for Marines in the desert. There is another just for Navy personnel in the desert. The Army has its own “universal” camouflage pattern, which is designed to work anywhere. It also has another one just for Afghanistan, where the first one doesn’t work. Even the Air Force has its own unique camouflage, used in a new Airman Battle Uniform. But it has flaws.

The Seattle Police Department collected more than 700 guns during a buyback in January, and now city officials have a plan for what to do with them. Former Gov. Mark Sanford completed the trail to political redemption Tuesday with a win over Democrat Elizabeth Colbert Busch to reclaim his old seat in Congress. Sanford defeated Colbert Busch 54 percent to 45 percent, according to full unofficial results. British physicist Stephen Hawking has dropped plans to attend a major international conference in Israel in June, citing his belief that he should respect a Palestinian call to boycott contacts with Israeli academics. The University of Cambridge released a statement Wednesday indicating that Hawking had told the Israelis last week that he would not be attending "based on advice from Palestinian academics that he should respect the boycott."
