| Washington - Congressional Republicans are preparing to counter increasingly dire warnings from President Obama about the impact of automatic budget cuts with a plan to give the administration more flexibility in instituting $85 billion in cuts, a proposal they say could protect the most vital programs while shifting more of the political fallout to the White House. Would the stupid Republicans please explain to the public that there are no actual cuts, there are smaller increases...? I have been waiting, but they say nothing of the sort.
I heard an ABC news radio report af few days ago about Obama warning about the dire consequences of sequestration, and they tacked on the end: ´some´ Republicans ´claim´ there are no cuts, just smaller increases to the budget.
I was appalled.
You cannot prevail in a false debate.

The GOP are the stupidest negotiators. They continually cave, now agreeing to tax increases and allowing Obama discretion to make cuts, which he won´t, while Obama just says no. The GOP are political fools. We need replacements.

When you have a RINO,out of the loop,supposed republican like little Billy Krystal telling the GOP to cave on national TV,it shows they´re taking advice from conditioned beltway advisers,rather than voters.
This all goes back to the republicans nothaving a decent national spokesman so Obama can just sit back and throw darts at them with no response. Now they´re loking for outreach from Obama who´s in a constant win/win situation and has no reason to make a deal,unless it includes more taxes.
I heard something yesterday about restaurant owners now having to claim employees tips a gratuities as part of their gross income.This has to be an accounting nightmare for owners who are barely staying in business to begin with.
500K is a hell of a lot of money to have to donate to one of Obama´s outside groups slush funds but it´s worth it if you get an Obama carve out on higher taxes or a break on Obamacare. This is an insufferable racket Obama exploits.Its absolutely illegal to use federal property to raise campaign funds on,just like Clinton and the Lincoln bedroom scheme.
Obama could easily be impeached for maleficence in office by simply showing his donors and the federal money they received.Taxpayer money should not be up for sale.

Shanghai & Hong Kong - China said it was mobilizing resources nationwide to combat a new strain of bird flu that has killed six people, as Japan and Hong Kong stepped up vigilance and the United States said it was closely monitoring the situation. All of the 14 reported infections from the H7N9 bird flu strain have been in eastern China and at least four of the six dead are in the financial hub of Shanghai, a city of 20 million people. Denver - A psychiatrist who treated James Holmes told campus police a month before the Colorado theater attack that Holmes had homicidal thoughts and was a danger to the public, according to documents released Thursday. Dr. Lynne Fenton, a psychiatrist at the University of Colorado, Denver, told police in June that the shooting suspect also threatened and intimidated her. It was more than a month before the July 20 attack at a movie theater that killed 12 and injured 70. The unemployment rate, because of a terrible statistic, is down to 7.6%. The number of people in this country who are not working is shameful. Ninety million Americans are no longer in the workforce. Ninety million. People not in the labor force grew by 663,000, and now 90 million. That´s the labor force participation rate. This is 1979 levels.
