About twenty years ago, I talked with a store manager and told him their prices were very high. Still are high.
I´ve never bought a single item from A&F.
Glad they´re going down. I never like them sexualizing their clothing and teens.

FTA: "The company plans to open another store in China in March, (chief executive Mike) Jeffries said on Wednesday. ´We see growing awareness and familiarity with our brands in China as a major opportunity,´ he told analysts."
Unfortunately, that "familiarity" is the by-product of being employed, for slave wages, sewing the garments together. One wonders if those poor schlubs in the PRC that make the stuff can afford to purchase it.

The Black Forest fire raging northeast of Colorado Springs is now the most destructive in Colorado State history. El Paso County Sheriffy Terry Maketa said at least 360 homes are complete losses and another 14 already damaged, pushing the damage past the record set by last year´s Waldo Canyon fire which destroyed 347 homes. As chairman of the House Homeland Security oversight subcommittee, Duncan (R-S.C.) toured a federal law enforcement facility in late May and noticed agents training with the semi-automatic weapons at a firing range. His latest take: It´s an unfair question, he said, like "When are you going to stop beating your wife?" And it seems to depend on the meaning of "collect." Senator Barbara Boxer celebrated the rekindling of talks about gun-control legislation after a shooting at Santa Monica College last Friday. “Every single time something like this happens, I think this does give us wind at our back,” Boxer said on MSNBC over the weekend. In a Gallup tracking poll released Tuesday, former-President George W. Bush currently stands with a favorability rating of 49%, compared to 46% who see the 43rd president unfavorably. Meanwhile, another Gallup poll shows President Obama with only a 47% approval rating, with 44% disapproving. If you think about it, this makes perfect sense. Franks made the comment during a committee mark-up of his late-term abortion ban bill, which is expected pass the House next week.
