The Left is Circling the Wagons against Dr. Ben Carson

| The Progressive hit media are frantically circling the wagons, probably formulating a potent Alinsky Rule # 5 offense against sage Ben Carson. Just yesterday, Media Matters went into full attack mode. It appears the leftists were blindsided by the transparency and unassuming integrity of this gifted brain surgeon. No doubt they are embarrassed by their previous sycophantic accolades heralding his exceptional accomplishments in his chosen field of pediatric neurosurgery.

Good article, but it must have had a word count limit... The article stops abruptly with what reads like a truncated last paragraph that should have been developed or dropped.
Dr. Ben is a timely, emerging national treasure. However, it´s in a way sad that someone must live such a powerful and also such a squeeky clean life to survive on the Right. We must push back much stronger on the Lefty demonetization merchants because there simply aren´t enough clean, powerful spokesmen like Carson to get the job done. That strong push back must include Messers Letterman, Leno and Stewart, and SNL. They are devilishly effective with their ridicule, passed off as some kind of humor. Watching them from some very hot place, Saul Alinksy is smiling as they destroy good people.
Incidentally, Wayne Newton knows the power of this late night ridicule. For some time, Johnny Carson mercilessly made sport of Wayne Newton in his nightly monologues. Mr. In exasperation, Newton tells of paying an in person visit to Carson in Burbank to put a stop to it. And it stopped. Immediately.

Hell hath no fury like a Leftist scorned. The character assassination of Dr. Carson will soon begin.
How dare he deviate from the party line? Only a wicked, false, corrupt and conniving scoundrel could fail to concur that Leftists have the sublimest of motives, know everything, and are always right, making disagreement with them an abuse of free speech(like shouting fire in a crowded theater) or even, perhaps, a true hate crime.
Leftists are great champions of diversity, tolerance, inclusiveness, fairness, justice, social and economic justice etc. etc. etc. But they do have a limit to the amount of nonsense they are prepared to put up with.
It would, of course, be different if there were any good, honest, sane, moral reason for someone like Dr. Carson to disagree with Leftist politics. That is a matter of free speech, which Leftists revere.
But denying and continuing deny obvious truths such as Leftist ideology is not free speech. It is pernicious, sometimes willful error. Only bad people engage in such behavior.

The left are not good at governing, but extremely talented at demonizing, castrating and lying about anyone who disagrees with them whom they perceive as a threat to their power.
Give ´em hell, Dr. Carson. You may just be the ´brick wall´ they will head-butt.

We need the GOP to start calling out these liberals who hate America, and hate accomplishment.
Reagan wasn´t afraid to use the word liberal and Democrat together, but today´s GOP leaders seem to be couching their words.
They want to include Congress which includes them when they need to point the finger of failure at the 6 long years of liberal Democrat control of the Senate, and the failed 4 years under Nancy Pelosi.
The economy started to turn somewhat only AFTER the GOP took control of the House.
Bill Clinton only had a balanced budget AFTER the GOP took control of the House.

We need to step it up and support those brave enough to run for office, and perhaps, save this country! I´ll begin by posting this article on FB, planting the seed with the lo-fos that what they will be hearing about Dr. Carson is not necessarily true.

Typical background would include 4 years of undergraduate work in a specified pre-medical curriculum with stellar GPA and outstanding scores on the MCAT (medical school entrance exam), four years of medical school, three-four years general surgery residency, 3 years fellowship training in neurosurgery, perhaps additional year in pediatric neurosurgery. Then, you start your career. Very tough to paint a pediatric neurosurgeon as an "idiot". Doesn´t mean they will not try, but then, who is the idiot?

#10 You are right on!
Even more disgusting to me than the rats doing their expected trashing of our best candidates are those on the so-called right falling for it.
There are right wing people, maybe some even on this site, who still trash Sarah. Well if Sarah were POTUS we´d have a chance to climb out of the ever worsening disaster we´re in. If Cain hadn´t been trashed we might actually get a government we taxpayers have a chance to afford without ruining our own bank accounts.
Instead we have the worst government in our history, Mao and Stalin would approve of the takeover process that will just get worse. And meanwhile some on the right have their noses in the air sniveling "she quit her job as governor", "he probably had girlfriends" , "he´s a cultist". I say look for someone perfect in heaven, not here.
I´m no longer afraid for my country - virtually impossible to see us reclaiming what we once were. Now I´m afraid for myself and my family.

lead by example! Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker faced horrific odds and the people of the state backed him up. He had death threats, which would have landed a Rep. in jail, but because it was a teacher she was found innocent. The Capitol had fecal matter spread about and at the doors of the Rep. representatives. Urine, markers, foul and crude language was common in the hallways. Posters, protesters, eggs, nastiness was used. Lies and intimidations were everywhere. But the citizens of the state held fast. It´s time to push back! Good men need our influence. Obama and his staff are great pretenders and inferior when it comes to serving this nation. Roll up your sleves and get involved. I did!

Dr. Carson is intelligent and articulate. The problem is like Romney if he expounds on any topic, you name it, he opens himself to the grandson of the second worst president in history. While people of low quality, or aged, like Schumer, Warren, Feinstein, Boxer, Franken, Biden, etc, are free to engage mouth with no thought with a James Carter cheering on selective/continuous nonsense.

First, I think Herman was brought down by somebody in the republicrat establishment, probably at the urging of Willard. At the AFP convention, Cain got a standing ovation while Willard got tepid leftovers. And nobody believed a word he said anyway. Second, Ben Carson will probably get hung up exactly where he said ANYBODY will get hung up; in an IRS audit. It´s probably already started. They´ll overcharge him like they did with Schwartz in an effort to silence him. He´s undoubtedly self controlled enough not to kill himself, but the distraction will be mind numbing. How does one defend oneself against spurious charges brought by an organization with unlimited resources?? Third, Dr. Carson better hire some really good security, like Seals or Spetsnaz level dudes. If the left can´t ruin him somehow, I have no doubt they´ll kill him, and we will have lost possibly our last hope.

Dr. Carson is a gift from God. But, how many other Dr. Carsons have been aborted or destroyed by a corrupt and disgraceful education and welfare system that is the Democrat hallmark of the so-called War on Poverty over these last 40 years? The waste in human capital is sickening. Moreover, the few that survive this Democrat holocaust and go on to be successful are often conservative are then destroyed by the Alinsky media and political machines. And we Conservatives and Republicans stand by and let it happen.
When will we go to war over this? The Tea Party began the battle, only to be out gunned and has now fizzled because of internal strife. We outnumber the corrupt Alinskyites, so why can´t we organize? Perhaps Dr. Carson will be the catalyst. And as others have noted, we cannot allow this man to be destroyed by these degenerates.

Dr Carson is a brilliant neurosurgeon who would be better suited as secretary of HHS , because unlike Sebelius , he´s actually familiar with health care and medical issues. The right has begun to treat running for office , especially that of president , as if it´s a popularity contest. " I like this person, let´s make them president " is not a winning formula for nominating candidates. For both parties. Unfortunately ,the Democrats can get away with violating that standard because they control the media . It´s unfair to put the esteemed Dr Carson or the honorable Justice Thomas in the same category as Herman Cain or Sarah Palin. Cain and Palin are responsible for their own troubles. The media did not make Cain have a 13 yr relationship with Ginger White or force Palin to do silly reality shows or make both of them repeatedly fumble legitimate questions.

The ethically-challenged statist politicos who still continue to attack & destroy effective conservative voices in the political arena, including that of the insprirational character of this good and accomplished man, just may not get away with their vile & now routine tactic this time as too many know about Dr. Carson´s personal integrity and selfless life´s work of helping people. Dr. Carson is a good man who merits the American voters´ attention & consideration.
Who would attack such an exemplary, brilliant & compassionate American citizen personally, but Boomtown´s dem statist pol, (& their media), who continue their refusal to intelligently debate the major issues currently challenging the USA? The dem pols refuse the debate because they cannot justify their socialism when it has been proved over & over again in other countries that tyranny fails every time is is tried!!!
The dems have used their routine character assination schtick SO MANY times before, voters SHOULD BE aware of their ruthless lies & scams, but any who still aren´t aware should be so informed by every media venue available to the more ethical & accomplished voices such as Dr. Carson´s than is ever the norm in lefty/lib/statist-corrupted lsm/alphabets-npr/pbs/hollyweird.
Voters want the facts, not any more of the usual spin & lies from the unethical dems´ media!

Republicans have become masters of the circular firing-squad. It´s time to change the dance step.
Whether or not Dr. Carson were to become a candidate is not important at this point. What is important is that Conservatives, Patriots, who stand on the front lines know that we have the proverbial "intestinal fortitude" to stand with them, and not fall by the wayside and creep into the corners when the going gets rough.
We know all about Alinsky. We must disseminate information, truth.
All totalitarian despots are the same: they can not tolerate opposition, word or action, because the truth exposes their fraudulence.
Conservatives, those who love liberty, are the truly tolerant ones; but this intellectual equanimity contributes to a sort of weakness, namely a reluctance to fight for and defend their own convictions.
We can learn from these Dem/Left petty tyrants without becoming like them.

American Thinker´s Philip Cowan is a semantic lying, protecting coward.
Look at his first sentence, "The Progressive hit media are frantically circling the wagons, probably formulating a potent Alinsky Rule # 5 offense". Referring to Alinsky, a communist by every definition, and calling the retrogressive media, the "progressive hit media". Isn´t ANYbody in the New Media going to wake up and call these destroyers what they really are? They are all socialists, collectivists, totalitarians, commies, pinkos, fellow travelers, authoritarians, statists, and influential writers like Cowan call them the cover-up words, "progressive" or "liberal", which they are not. One of the main reasons we are losing the war for freedom is our allowing these despicable droids to disguise themselves with the lovely names of liberal and progressive. Cowan is not stupid. But he is definitely afraid to call them what they are. He´s not alone. Most talk radio, all of Fox TV, even Breitbart, and too many New Media fighting blogs, all call these monsters by these wrong names. Simple reasons, (1.) they are either too scared to break the politically correct patterns set for them to follow, (2.) they are too dumb to figure it out, or, like Cowan, (3.) they are afraid to take charge and call them the despicable destructive titles and labels that they actually ARE. Cowan is a semantic word choosing coward. And he´s recklessly helping the other side, the dictator side of despotism.

#36, Palin didn´t do any silly reality shows. She did a show about Alaska and that was LONG after she was demonized and destroyed by the left and establishment GOP.
#12, But they are NOT "liberal Democrats". They are LEFTIST Democrats. Liberal is still not really a pejorative term. Because of its classical meaning. The leftist Dems should NEVER be called liberal, especially by us. It only helps them continue to mislead people into believing their motives are good. When in truth, most of today´s conservatives are truly the "liberals" in the classic sense of the word. We are the true champions of freedom, liberty, and equality under the law.
Let´s please stop using the word "liberal"!!
We should not be helping the left further their propaganda.

It will drive the Democrats crazy to have a member of a minority race that is untouchable run for office. Mr Cain should have never given up, in my opinion.

A massive screw-up by the state of California is being brushed off by Governor Jerry Brown with a barnyard expression: "Sh*t happens." The new eastern span of the Bay Bridge, a multi-billion dollar endeavor, turns out to have used faulty bolts to fasten the bridge to its pier. "A third out of 96 threaded steel rods -- 3 inches thick and 9 to 24 feet long -- snapped in early March after crews tightened them down with nuts."

No, it´s not the Onion, it´s the Los Angeles Times and Chicago Tribune that bring this statement of support and plea for mercy for former Representative Jesse Jackson, Jr. Katherine Skiba writes: Asking for mercy for former Rep. The correspondence from Rep. Marcia L. Fudge (D-Ohio) was among 14 letters made public Tuesday as Jackson and his wife, former Chicago Alderman Sandi Jackson, await sentencing July 1.

Short answer - not yet. For all the words spread around recently about impeaching Obama over Benghazi, there is a curious ommission made in every single article and blog post I´ve read that advocates or predicts that Obama will be impeached. They all seem to be missing the words "high crimes and misdemeanors." Yes, I know - that silly Constitution seems to get in the way of our fun. At the San Jose State University Meteorology Department, they´d rather burn books than read them, if their faith in the gospel of man-made global warming would be challenged by the contents. That is the message conveyed on the Department´s own website (archived here) with the picture below which was published there along with this explanation: This week we received a deluge of free books from the Heartland Institute {this or this }. The book is entitled "The Mad, Mad, Made World of Climatism". SHown above, Drs. Bridger and Clements test the flammability of the

There is something strange about the fast-rising European "crypto fascist" movements. They are peas in a pod -- with similar political programs, and similar nationalist and anti-capitalist rhetoric. They all hate the two Satans of Iranian propaganda, Israel and America. Yes, the Persian Gulf supplies 40% of Europe´s oil and therefore has vast political power in all the countries where the cryptos operate. But they are realy monomaniacal about Israel (snip) Most peculiarly, all those anti-foreigner movements don´t have a bad word to say about 50 million Muslims who now populate the capital cities of Europe. Not one bad word.

For the moment only Fox and conservative media are covering the revelations of a Benghazi whistleblower, limiting knowledge of the disturbing revelations to perhaps a third of the public, if that. The vast pool of low information voters will never know that there is anything to be concerned about regarding the slaughter of four Americans and the apparent lies and cover-up that has followed from Obama administration. And neither will the medium information voters who get their news solely from MSM outlets. (snip) The biggest risk the MSM face is that this story will explode

Is Barack Obama really black? His love affair with the taxpayer-subsidized abortion provider Planned Parenthood suggests he has it in for his own people. Why doesn´t he care that PP´s founder was a radical racist eugenicist Last Friday, Obama became the first sitting president to address a Planned Parenthood national conference. In his introductory remarks, Obama paid homage to a "health clinic" (one of his many euphemisms) which opened in Brooklyn "nearly a hundred years ago." Since he was being careful with language, Obama didn´t bring up PP´s founder, Margaret Sanger

Before we get too far away from the Marathon bombing, it needs to be acknowledged that this was yet another incident in which the average American proved crucial. It wasn´t overweight and aging police Tac squads, lumbering around in their armor through a shut-down city, clumped together as perfect targets for an IED, crowded four to a doorway as they spoke to residents, with no sign of lookouts or adequate cover. The Boston PD was lucky they were not up against trained terrorists.

Oops! A casting call for a new host of a children´s program on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, the taxpayer supported, government-owned television and radio network of Canada, accidentally told the truth, when it specified "any race except Caucasian." (snip) The head of the casting agency which got the contract said: "We were asked to seek a cast of diversity. We mistakenly took that to mean that the production was not seeking Caucasian actors.

Republican lawmakers, who have spent months seeking to tie President Obama to last year’s deadly attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, are increasingly focusing their probe on a new target: former secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton. The GOP-led investigation of the Sept. 11, 2012, assaults that killed U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three others now centers heavily on the State Department and whether officials there deliberately misled the public about the nature of the assault. Three State Department officials are scheduled to testify before a House committee on Wednesday about the Benghazi attack and its aftermath.

Former Gov. Mark Sanford completed the trail to political redemption Tuesday with a win over Democrat Elizabeth Colbert Busch to reclaim his old seat in Congress. Sanford defeated Colbert Busch 54 percent to 45 percent, according to full unofficial results. Turnout was heavier than expected, with about 32 percent of the district’s 455,702 registered voters casting ballots. Sanford, who has never lost an election, returns to the 1st District seat he held for three terms from 1995-2001. It’s a remarkable comeback for a man many pundits had written off after his highly publicized affair with an Argentine

The White House on Wednesday stood by its story that the Obama administration remained unsure exactly who was responsible for the attack on the U.S. diplomatic post in Benghazi nearly five days after it occurred even though new revelations show Ansar al-Sharia’s direct involvement. Gregory Hicks, the deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Libya and a self-described whistleblower, testified before a Congressional committee Wednesday that the body of Ambassador J. Christpher Stevens was missing for hours during the attack after being dragged out of the diplomatic post in Benghazi.

Top ABC News editor Don Ennis walked into his Manhattan office on Friday in a “little black dress” and a brunette bobbed wig and announced to colleagues that from now on, he would like to be known as Dawn. The 49-year-old father of three said he’s splitting from his wife of 17 years to become a woman, or Dawn Stacey Ennis, as she is now known on her governmental records. “Today I begin anew,” she wrote on her Facebook timeline, where she debuted a flirty new profile picture. “Please understand: This is not a game of

Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, tells Benghazi witnesses that "death is a part of life." CUMMINGS: And, as I listen to your testimony I could not help but think of something that I said very recently -- two years ago now -- in a eulogy for a relative. I said that death is a part of life, so often we have to find a way to make life a part of death. And, I guess the reason why I´m saying that, going back to something Mr. Nordstrom said, he wanted,

There was tragic incompetence, plainly, in the Obama administration’s handling of the Benghazi attacks, and even possibly some political calculation. It is a record that may well come to haunt Hillary Clinton, the first Secretary of State to lose an ambassador in the field in more than three decades, if she runs for president in 2016. But the obvious Republican effort to turn this inquiry into the Democratic (Obama) version of the Iraq intelligence scandal that has tarred the GOP since the George W. Bush years -- led by that least-credible of champions, the almost-always-wrong Darrell Issa --

British physicist Stephen Hawking has dropped plans to attend a major international conference in Israel in June, citing his belief that he should respect a Palestinian call to boycott contacts with Israeli academics. The University of Cambridge released a statement Wednesday indicating that Hawking had told the Israelis last week that he would not be attending "based on advice from Palestinian academics that he should respect the boycott." University officials said they had "previously understood" that Hawking´s decision was based solely on health concerns — he is 71 and has severe disabilities — but had now been told otherwise by Hawking´s office.

Ahead of the Benghazi hearings in which three witnesses are set to testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Fox & Friends co-host Brian Kilmeade invited Fox News analyst Lt. Col. Ralph Peters to discuss the issue. Peters was unflinching in his criticism of the “cowardly” Obama administration — and the “establishment media” that aids it. “Is this a national security coverup?” Kilmeade asking, explaining that the witness testimony is expected to say the administration was deceitful in its handling of the situation. “The administration, facing the election, went into panic mode, wanted to contain it,”

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee took to the House floor Monday night and implied that the right to health care and education exists in the Constitution. Ms. Jackson Lee, Texas Democrat, also made the case that the moral authority for such services is also derived from the Declaration of Independence. “One might argue that education and health care fall into those provisions of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” she said. Ms. Jackson Lee added, “I think that what should be continuously emphasized is the president’s leadership on one single point: that although health care was not

Mark Sanford has won the South Carolina special election in a competitive race for what in normal circumstances is a safe Republican seat. The former governor beat Democrat Elizabeth Colbert Busch, the sister of comedian Stephen Colbert Busch, for the state’s 1st congressional district. The AP called the race for Sanford early in the evening, with the Republican leading Colbert Busch 54 percent 46 percent.
