Watch: Jimmy Fallon Performs ‘The
Evolution Of Mom Dancing’ …With
First Lady Michelle Obama

Mediaite, by Matt Wilstein

First Lady Michelle Obama is making her second appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon Friday night, and as the show wrote on Twitter, they just “couldn’t wait” until tonight to show America this epic segment. The last time the first lady was on the show, she brought Jimmy Fallon to the White House where the two competed in a fitness competition to promote her “Let’s Move” campaign to fight obesity. This time, Obama was on Fallon’s turf. Fallon decided to bring back a classic segment from last year’s Father’s Day, “The Evolution of Dad Dancing,” this time recreated as

Comments:
This one´s a stunner! She is the epitome of such grace, glass and dignity. NOT. I can´t even in my wildest dreams see Laura Bush, Jackie Kennedy, Nancy Reagan, et al behaving in such a low class manner. It´s just unbelievable. You sure can´t take the ghetto out of the girl!

Nothing worth my time......she is a pathetic loser.

The fringe/bangs on those wigs are gradually getting longer. Natural hair doesn´t grow quite that fast.

Don´t get me started on the First Lady dancing on these public appearances.

For the Nth time in my adult life, I am ashamed of my country (well, the people who voted for these low-life´s anyway).

In any case, I find Jimmy the more attractive of the two.

Yes, Jimmy was really rocking the soccer mom! I agree, this is totally inappropriate behavior for a first lady....however, I have to say, cute outfit and great moves!

The linebacker has a helmet. The left doesn´t want a classy First Lady ...because they worship at the altar of depravity.

The mooch is a disgrace. Is this the way the first lady should conduct herself? And to think during the campaign, Mrs.
Romney was criticized for riding her horse.

Our very own ghetto queen.............I wonder if her kids are proud of her. I´m not!

For the first time in my life I´m ashamed of my First lady, and she is neither first or a lady... barffff.

The bangs get lower because the wig is slipping forward with all her stripper gyrations.

Hideous outfit, of course.

And I´m noticing a cozy relationship between Capitol One, NBC, the WH, Jimmy Fallon and Alec Baldwin. Hmmm..... CapOne ought to dump those two idiots and just use Kylie, the little red-haired girl. I wonder how much interest on my charges go to pay those morons.

I guess the concepts of dignity and pride are lost on this first lady. Sad, so very very sad. But then I guess she didn´t roll her eyes and say "feets, don´t fail me now". Pathetic.

Ghetto trash from the get-go. The moral and cultural decay that´s invading our country is moving faster and faster at the urging of our current administration. Wonder what O and grandma think of this behavior - probably encourage it. But the daughters, at their ages, are perhaps very embarrassed (at least I hope so) - most young teens want their parents to behave decently, not act like some teeny-bopper. And those bangs, almost covering her eyes - yikes! This woman needs to grow up.

The wighat situation has also reached the absurd. When those bangs go up and down, straight across then higher in the middle or above one eye, it is more than positioning on her head (although that could contribute). She has a pile of these puppies and they are not exactly alike. Silly woman thinks we don´t notice.

I remember when her psychofans used to talk about her cute haircut (chin length bob), and the next day she´d have a shoulder length do, and on and on.

Her real hair - what´s left of it after all the overprocessing that went on in her early WH days with that tony hairdresser from Chicago - is probably still fuzzy wisps, hiding under a succession of wighats.

This look is not at all flattering. That´s fine.

My mom used to amuse us kids by doing the twist & her early childhood tap-dancing routines on the tile kitchen floor. I had an aunt who upon request, would do the "turkey walk" on her elbows & was also flexible enough to lock her hands & feet behind her head & roll around in circles on the floor. It was good clean fun & we kids loved it. However, I wouldn´t want them doing this in public on TV. Her daughters are probably quite embarrassed!

She does the dance a lot better than she practiced law (or succeeded at the bar exam). This may be her proper niche.

I can only compare this video and Mooche´s lack of grace and class to my mom who is an amazing ballroom dancer who can actually dress herself. It took a few years to get used to my mom dancing down the aisles at the grocery store (when a good song was on and it wasn´t crowded), but she didn´t make a fool of herself on national tv.

Reply 32 - Posted by: M2, 2/23/2013 11:13:59 AM     (No. 9192428)

I´m sorry, I must have missed something. Like the point of this video and of "mom dancing". It´s juvenile, not funny, not dancing, expresses no creativity nor particular talent, is repetitive and not even fun.

More to the point, she is supposed to be the First Lady of the United States of America, not a publicity-seeking, lackluster, plain, talentless opportunit with no respect for the position she holds.

If Obama knew about this, why didn´t he suggest she not lower herself? Is it because neither of them can get any lower?

Not an admirer of Michelle O. She´s a verifiable America-hater. Nonetheless, her little dance performance is far less offensive than Laura Bush´s "blue" joke during a nationally televised banquet some years ago.

I got a lot of grief on this site for criticizing Mrs. Bush´s donkey joke, but sorry, it was so over the line into obscenity, it was ridiculous that anyone defended it.

But then, I confess to being a non-fan of every first lady since Grace Coolidge.

My wife saw this and was horrified that
the First Lady of the United States
was bumping and grinding on national tv .
The Obamas do not have any class or sense of propriety.
You´ll never see Kate Middleton behaving like Michelle Obama.
The last First Lady was Laura Bush.
This woman is just Obama´s spouse
or does that title really belong to Reggie Love ?
If Obama feels free to cavort with Reggie Love
and Michelle is pelvic thrusting in just the second month of this term...one can hardly imagine the public behavior and debasement and excess these three
will feel free to engage
in by the end of the fourth year.
Who knew a POTUS and FLOTUS would need a TV-MA warning with sub -ratings for D, S, L and V ????

Notice Jimmy Fallon eyes? They are hal way up his skull. It is a sign of a drug user. He also does not look like a nice guy as his face always has that smirk of derision on it.

When Jay Leno leaves this guy gets to take over. Him, Jimmy Kimmel... no talent, no morals.

As you may recall, Fallon´s house band, the Roots, played a slanderous and profane introductory tune to another Michele (Bachmann) as she walked out on Fallon´s stage last fall.
http://tinyurl.com/aunksxc
Why the band wasn´t fired for that I´ll never understand, but then again, it is NBC.

One wonders what kind of liberties the band took in selecting appropriate welcome music for Michelle Obama... An entirely appropriate, respectful and even keister-kissing selection, I´m sure.

She is not the one who is screwing the country up, it is her husband. If she wants to dance on TV let her, she is the queen and it´s good to be queen. Me I would be happy if gas was under $3 a gallon and the Congress could pass an actual budget that was not a laugh.

If you posters can be this venomous now I cannot imagine what you´re going to be saying at the end of the impostors 2nd term. She isn´t the problem, he is. Wonderful that the so-called pResident and his wife both STINK! But we all knew that these two STINK a long time ago, didnt we?

No Michelle is not her own person right now. She is paid substantially and financilly supported for her representation at home and more importantly abroad solely by taxpayer dollars. No spouse of the leaders all over the world have ever publically portrayed themselves in such a shocking way.

Has nothing to do with her looks, her race, her age, her clothing (although always totally hideous), but with her blatant and hostile disrespect for the American people.

If she and her husband want to turn their own private home into a ghetto-thug rap trap, that is their business. However, it is OUR business when they want to flaunt it world-wide on our dime.

She begins by noting a how a minor recent diplomatic walkback highlights the White House’s contradictory policy: It was only fitting that the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry announces another traditional trip to the Middle East on the same day that the U.S. embassy in Cairo withdraws its tweet advancing the case for Egyptian Comedian Bassem Youssef as he faces intimidation from the Mursi government.

President Obama is eager to build public support for his health care overhaul in the few months remaining before its implementation, but waning enthusiasm from Democrats threatens his effort right out of the gate. Two-thirds of Democrats now believe Obama´s health care reforms will either hurt them personally or have no effect on their daily lives, a Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday shows. In comparison, just 27 percent of Democratic respondents said the reforms would help them. The president has long struggled to convince independent and Republican-leaning voters that his health care blueprint would lower premiums and expand insurance coverage.

RUSH: Folks, I don´t know how else to categorize this. We are living in a dying country. I don´t know how else to categorize what´s happening -- 88,000 new jobs. The unemployment rate, because of a terrible statistic, is down to 7.6%. The number of people in this country who are not working is shameful. Ninety million Americans are no longer in the workforce. Ninety million. People not in the labor force grew by 663,000, and now 90 million. That´s the labor force participation rate. This is 1979 levels.

President Obama´s biggest gaffe yesterday when speaking of California Attorney General Kamala Harris was not in flirtatiously complimenting her as "the best-looking attorney general," but in introducing an observation from the system of beauty into a forum that was about the system of power. What´s that, you say? Irin Carmon does a great job in Salon in laying out the bounds of propriety for when it´s appropriate to talk about a woman´s looks as a general matter. But I´ve long felt we lack a solid theoretical underpinning for easily discussing these issues, and why precisely it is that

No one is more preoccupied these days with Hillary Clinton´s 2016 plans than the Beltway political class—not even the former presidential candidate herself. To hear some tell it, her decision will be dispositive for all other Democrats thinking of entering the race. And pundits and reporters aren´t the only ones positing the "The Hillary Factor": No less than the House Democratic whip, Steny Hoyer, told BuzzFeed, “I don´t know that anybody would run against Hillary…. If she runs, she clears the field.” It´s an understandable conclusion, given Clinton´s stature in the Democratic Party and her 70 percent

Neurosurgeon Ben Carson, considered by some to be a potential Republican contender for president, apologized to Johns Hopkins University for the "poorly chosen words" he used in expressing his opposition to gay marriage last month.“I am sorry for any embarrassment this has caused,” Carson said in the letter, reported in New York Magazine.(Snip) "Although I do believe marriage is between a man and a woman, there are much less offensive ways to make that point. I hope all will look at a lifetime of service over some poorly chosen words.” Carson will remain as commencement speaker at Johns Hopkins,

Michelle Obama has admitted that she is already tired of the bangs she first sported in January. The First Lady said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight: ´Bangs are a day-by-day proposition. They´re starting to grow out, get a little irritating.´ Still, she hasn´t let her hairdo woes get her down. ´It´s okay,´ she said after her initial complaint. ´We´ll be good.´ The first indication that her hairstyle was becoming a burden came about last weekend, when Malia, 14, was spotted adjusting her mother´s hair during the White House Easter Egg Roll.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton explained to the Women in the World summit in New York today that the clock is turning back for women in America. Clinton praised her own mother for helping empower her to success and marveled at the opportunities that her own daughter Chelsea has pursued. But Clinton warned that there is still so much to do to promote women´s rights in America. "As I look at all these young women that I am privileged to work with, or know through Chelsea, and its hard to imagine turning the clock on them," Clinton said.

The Obama White House is scrambling to blame Friday’s abysmal March jobs numbers on the sequester’s trimming of the rate of growth in federal budgets that have yet to fully commence. After the Labor Department announced that a mass exodus of 663,000 workers left the U.S. workforce last month and that job creation fell 112,000 jobs short of projections, Obama’s top economic adviser Alan B. Krueger, took to the White House blog to blame the sequester: It is important to bear in mind that the March household and payroll surveys are the first monthly surveys to look

Get ready for the last straw. First, though, I´d like to suggest that anyone reading this column in a local newspaper or news site pat the editor on the back for publishing what in our neo-medieval world of fear amounts to a forbidden column. Yup, I am about to say something about the Great Barack Obama Identity/Eligibility Scandal again. I know that this is one rich and urgent topic that doesn´t see the light of day in certain so-called news outlets -- and I say that from the experience of watching my own syndicated columns

SANFORD - Trayvon Martin´s parents have settled a wrongful death claim for an amount believed to be more than $1 million against the homeowners association of the Sanford subdivision where their teenage son was killed. Their attorney, Benjamin Crump, filed that paperwork at the Seminole County Courthouse, a portion of which was made public today. In the five pages of the settlement that were available for public review, the settlement amount had been marked out. Lower in the agreement, the parties specified that they would keep that amount confidential. When asked during an earlier interview whether the amount was

Beyonce and Jay-Z celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in Cuba this week. The couple, who married on April 4, 2008, took in the sights of Old Havana, visited a school, dined on a rooftop terrace and strolled the fan-filled streets in their island best.(snip).The power couple declined to answer journalists´ questions about their visit to the island nation, but some outlets are reporting that the moguls are there as tourists, though that would be illegal because of the half-century embargo the U.S. has on the Communist country. On Friday, Sean Hannity brought Pat Smith, mother of the late Sean Smith, on his radio program. The 34-year-old information management officer was one of four Americans murdered in the Benghazi embassy attack on September 11, 2012. In the chilling interview, a distraught Ms. Smith, in tears, pleaded for answers and spoke of the efforts to silence her. Ms. Smith first relayed how her son, prior to the attack, requested additional security in advance and warned the State Department: He did tell them, ahead of time, he typed it into his little typewriter over there,
