Pictured: Rapper who bragged in his songs

that left three dead... as men in Range

The driver of a Maserati who was killed in a drive-by shooting on the Las Vegas strip on Thursday bragged about stashing a gun in his $120,000 Italian sports car. Kenneth Cherry, aka Kenny Clutch, was killed when men inside a black Range Rover opened fire on his car while he was sitting at a red light. He accelerated into the intersection and crashed into a taxi. Cab driver Michael Boldon and his passenger died when the taxi burst into flames. Family members said Boldon had recently moved to Las Vegas to take care of his ailing mother.

Comments:
Innocent people are dead because of these filthy savages. The vile lyrics should never have been permitted to go over the airwaves many years ago. It has destroyed our society and encouraged appalling, criminal behavior.

The bottom line is a 13% of the population commit over 50% of the crimes in this country. That´s the reality and nobody in this country wants to deal with it because it´s politically incorrect.

I keep hearing Kenny described as an "aspiring" rapper so what exactly was his day job that made a $120,000 Maserati affordable?

The article in the paper this morning allowed as the RR had big rims and blacked-out windows, but no further details on the deceased. These two factoids (or, rather, one factoid and one lack of factoid) suggested strongly as to what was going on. Oh, and the factoid that the incident apparently stemmed from something that happened at the valet parking of a casino.

Big rims, black tint, somebody dissed, no identifying info of the deceased -- one can figure it out.

Slightly off topic but no one seems to want to speculate why the taxi exploded. I think I´ve only heard one mention that it was propane fueled.

Rupture the tank, add spark or fire. Watch it explode.

The illegal immigrant who was drunk driving when he hit and dragged a Milford man to his death has been ruled incompetent to stand trial. Judge Janet Kinton-Walker says Nicolas Guaman´s "unique cultural background" and language barrier means that he doesn´t understand the court process. The court also said that he lacks the ability to consult with his attorney properly. The judge ordered Guaman´s attorney to find an interpreter and educate him on the court process. In August 2011, 23-year-old Matthew Denice was hit and dragged to death while riding his motorcycle. FOX 25 spoke to Maureen Maloney,

Tamra Varebrook’s 8th-grade daughter came home recently with an assignment on liberalism versus conservatism that shocked and angered her because of how it characterized one of the political ideologies. “I looked at it, and reading the description of ‘conservatism’ being that we are the party that wants to restrict all personal freedoms struck me as pretty much incorrect,” she said. Varebrook immediately called the school district in their town of Union Grove, Wisc., and they apologized, saying that the definition was completely wrong.

Even as the mandated sequester bites into U.S. federal spending -- and newly appointed Secretary of State John Kerry boasts that he is cutting his budget by 6 percent -- the State Department is planning to boost spending on the United Nations in 2014 by more than 4 percent to at least $3.6 billion. That is likely to be far from the final tally of Obama Administration support, as hundreds of millions of dollars in U.S. development, health and other funds are usually channeled through U.N. agencies and institutions --

Students were asked to watch and read Nazi propaganda, then pretend their teacher was a Nazi government official who needed to be convinced of their loyalty. Two congressional Republicans want to end, once and for all, the attempts of atheist groups and others to remove religious symbols from war memorials. Rep. Duncan Hunter of California and Sen. Richard Burr of North Carolina on Thursday introduced the “War Memorial Protection Act,” which they say will create a “foundation in federal law” for public veterans’ and war memorials that include crosses or similar items. “It is our duty to honor our veterans and their families, and American military memorials around the world stand as testaments to their sacrifice,” Mr. Burr said in a statement.

President Obama’s budget doesn’t just go after wealthy Americans. It’s also got new taxes on vodka, cigarettes and other unexpected items, ABC News reported. The fiscal 2014 spending plan, which looks to raise about $1.8 trillion in new revenue, also tackles golf courses, which can no longer be counted as partial tax write-offs, according to ABC. The budget also eliminates special tax breaks for flavored alcohols. In a bizarre tax loophole, distillers are able to deduct up to 2.5 percent of alcohol in flavor mixes from spirit taxes, ABC said. Buried deep in President Obama´s Fiscal Year 2014 budget is a new mandate requiring the states to include parental visitation arrangements in child support orders, the same way custody arrangements are typically settled in divorce cases. The goal is to give noncustodial parents more time with the children who do not live with them. "Recognizing that healthy families need more than just financial support alone, the proposal requires states to include parenting time provisions in initial child support orders," says the budget justification for the Department of Health and Human Services. ("Parenting time" is government-speak for "visitation.")

After offering lukewarm support until now, Rubio is preparing to fully embrace a measure that is the most significant of his political career so far. The gambit could pay off in spades by crowning a leading presidential contender in 2016, or it could permanently damage the Republican’s brand with conservatives.

With the recent arrests of several local politicians for corruption perhaps New Yorkers will pay more attention to those they put in office. Given their past indifference in local elections this is highly unlikely.
