High-profile morning anchor Soledad O’Brien is on her way out at CNN as new boss Jeff Zucker moves Erin Burnett into her morning slot, Page Six has exclusively learned. We’re told award-winning journalist O’Brien has indicated she is ready to leave after she was initially promised a plum prime-time slot, but that role has so far failed to materialize. A source tells us: “The deal to move Erin to the morning alongside Chris Cuomo is basically done. Soledad had been

Her next show on Current/AlJazeera can be titled "Latino, Black, Biased and Unemployed in America."

I´m sure Zucker won´t suffer any recriminations for throwing a black reporter under the bus.Her bias really shows through too much,I guess they´re trying to get "objective" people in there which is really laughable from these recycled leftists.

First Point - Who Cares!

Second Point - She won an award? For what? She is a simpleton and a racist. Any journolism award given to her has about as much meaning as the Nobel Peace Prize meant when they gave it to Zippy for doing nothing.

#4, Oh, come on, 0bama has done more than nothing. He has given automatic rifles to Mexican Drug Lords so they can keep the peace in their neighborhoods by killing everyone with whom they disagree. He kept the peace by starting a war in Libia to overthrow Kadaffi. He also kept the peace by slipping weapons into Syria. He is also trying to keep the peace in the US by removing weapons from bitter-clinger, right-winger terrorists. Boy, some people just can´t give 0bama a break - just because he is black.

This is the moron who interviewed a Republican congressman about economy and tried to put him down saying " how do you know that ? Do you have a degree in economics?". If the CNNers and their media brethren won´t be honest with themselves, we must fill the void again:

O´Brien was hired strictly because of her odd clash-of-ethnicities name, her cuddly-but-exotic, we-think-she´s-probably-Hispanic-but-not-in-an-overt-Charo-way appearance and her femaledom.

In this way she predated Barack Obama as the acceptable face of a minority by several years but like her beloved president she is vapid, shallow and completely reliant on the autocue.

People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. There was growing buzz over the weekend that a bipartisan agreement on gun control — a deal that would expand background checks — could hit the floor as early as this week. However, any deal could be derailed by the looming threat of a Republican filibuster involving Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. With Cruz standing proudly in the way of any gun legislation, Democrats are trying to make him pay a political price — and even a couple of high-profile Republicans are questioning his tactics.
