Ahhh. Shifting the blame. The old courtroom sleight of hand...It wasn´t his INTENT and besides it was the steroids.

From what we have read so far, this excuse seems more like a NO BAIL FOR YOU card.
The police search of the home was thorough and the evidence documented and compelling.
Oscar is getting no break from the authorities.
Perhaps the young woman will receive justice.

This has got to be the worst defense ever. Is he really saying that he thought it was an intruder who broke into his house and then had to go to the bathroom ? I mean....seriously....how many people break in and then use the John ? Evn then, he goes and shoots the supposed intruder four times through the door ?

At the same time the Senate has cut a deal on gun control by, er, making the status quo slightly more muscular, the Gang of Eight has reached a deal in principle on immigration. How many federal agencies does it take to do catfish safety inspections? At least three, according to the Government Accountability Office, which on Tuesday released its 2013 report on fragmentation and duplication of federal programs. This year´s report -- there were two previous editions of the report first requested by Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla. -- documents an estimated $95 billion in duplicative programs that waste precious tax dollars. In a stunning end to one of the most aggressively unsuccessful tenures in retail history, JCPenney (JCP) last night announced that CEO Ron Johnson would be leaving effective immediately. Myron Ullman, Johnson´s predecessor at JCPenney, takes office as CEO. When Johnson was initially wooed by JCPenney, it was to serve as CEO with Ullman as Chairman. In January 2012, Ullman was unceremoniously removed from the board. Gone with Ullman was any control the Board of Directors had over Ron Johnson and his control of JCPenney resources.
