Obama: Criminals will be let
go if sequester cuts go through

Washington Examiner, by Charlie Spiering

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 2/19/2013 11:16:57 AM

President Obama warned Congress that if the sequester cuts go through on Friday, significant cuts would bring about serious consequences in America. Obama asserted that F.B.I agents would be furloughed and “federal prosecutors would be forced to close cases and let those criminals go,” if the cuts went through. “These cuts are not smart, they are not fair, they will hurt our economy, they will add hundreds of thousands of Americans to the unemployment rolls,” Obama insisted.

Comments:
That was one of the most excrutiating things I have ever watched. It´s typical of 0bama. Bash the rich, blame the Republicans and never acknowledge it was his idea for sequestration. I don´t know how we ever fight something like this. It just never ends.

Jerry Brown predicted the end of the world, when Prop 13 passed in California back in 1978.

The $85 Billion only amount to just over 2% of federal spending.

Too bad it never crossed President Pinocchio´s mind to cancel all those ObamaPhones, cut programs that fund illegals, and eliminate all government spending that provide his high-maintenance wife and idiot vice president with four-day ski trips to Aspen/Vail, Colorado. We won´t even mention what it cost the taxpayers to underwrite his golf trip to FL this past weekend.

Sequestration is the only thing Obama´s initiated I might agree with. The alternative is chronic high level unemployment, low growth, and an unsustainable deficit, unable to be paid down by 100% taxes on the "rich" and terminiation of the "Bush" tax cuts. This guy´s legacy, about which he seems to concerned, will be a worldwide depression, and he´s too stupid to realize it.

What a disaster...a president who cares not for the country that elected him, a man who lies often and unashamed, he insults the intelligence of those that do not fall for his lies and schemes to continue the farce, he roars down the road to destruction without even glancing back. He knows he would not be worth a plugged nickel in private life so he passes a law to get secret service protection for life...pretty sweet huh? But guess what no more AF-1, no more Marine ONE, and low priority in the scheme of things. Million dollar weekends, 7 MILLION dollar vacations and endless golf gigs...meanwhile the country has record unemployment, food stamps, give away programs and crony payoffs, etc.. All this for a country founded with GOD in it´s foundation and all it´s works. Since the string of Governments have increasingly taken HIM out of the picture HE is standing back an watching our own suicides...all this is temporary and with our short lifetimes will soon pass. There will be much to answer for. Make no mistake, EVIL is very real.

Sequester is the most DANGEROUS thing ever.

It will rewrite your hard drive and scramble any disks that are even close to your computer. It will recalibrate your freezer´s coolness setting so all your ice cream melts. It will demagnetize the strips on all your credit cards, screw up the tracking on your VCR, and use subspace field harmonics to render any CDs you try to play unreadable.

It will give your ex-boy/girlfriend/ex-husband/wife your new phone number. It will mix antifreeze into your fishtank. It will drink all your beer and leave its socks out on the coffee table when company comes over. It will put a kitten in the back pocket of your good suit and hide your car keys when you are late for work.

Sequester will make you fall in love with a penguin. It will give you nightmares about circus midgets. It will pour sugar in your gas tank and shave off both your eyebrows while dating your current boy/girlfriend behind your back and billing the dinner and hotel room to your Visa card.

It moves your car randomly around parking lots so you can´t find it. It will tease your dog. It will leave strange messages on your boss´s voicemail in your voice. It is insidious and subtle. It is dangerous and terrifying to behold. It is also a rather interesting shade of mauve.

Sequester will give you Dutch Elm disease. It will leave the toilet seat up. It will make a batch of methamphetamine in your bathtub and leave bacon cooking on the stove while it goes out to chase high school kids with your snowblower.

These are just a few of the signs. Be very, very afraid!

All airport immigration and TSA drones will be removed thus shutting down all air travel. And it will all be blamed on Republicans.

On the White House’s objections to what he wrote, Gates suggested they “look in the mirror.” Gates, wearing a neck brace that is the result of a recent fall, pushed back against those who say he should have waiting until President Barack Obama was out of office to write his memoir, or that the overall tone of the book is negative

Robert Gates has been an extraordinarily distinguished public servant. A recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, he has worked for eight presidents, serving as defense secretary under both President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama. The nation owes him a deep and enduring debt of gratitude. But his new memoir, “Duty,” raises troubling ethical questions. Mayor de Blasio took political fundraising to new extremes during his come-from-behind campaign, a Daily News review has found. Deep-pocket donors showered him with checks far in excess of the usual campaign finance limitations, thanks to loopholes that allowed for double- and even triple-giving. De Blasio was able to raise money on three fronts in the same election cycle: first for his campaign, then for a $300,000 fine he still owed from a 2009 campaign, and finally for his inauguration and transition costs. That meant individual donors limited to giving no more than $4,950 per election cycle were able to give the maximum

On August 13, Bridget Anne Kelly, one of Christie’s three deputy chiefs of staff, sent an email to David Wildstein, a Christie confidant serving as an executive for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which controls much of the transit infrastructure of northern Jersey. Kelly said that it was “time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee.” Some speculate that the precipitating

The Maricopa County Republican Party in Arizona formally censured Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) Saturday evening by an overwhelming 1150-351 vote, Breitbart News has learned. Maricopa County is Arizona´s most populous county and includes Phoenix within its borders. The official GOP body´s rebuke undermines McCain´s reelection chances should he decide to run for the Senate again in 2016. “As leaders in the Republican Party, we are obligated to fully support our Party, platform, and its candidates,” the formal censure resolution reads. “Only in times of great crisis or betrayal is it necessary to publicly censure our leaders. Today we are faced

With media attention focused on Chris Christie and Bridgegate, it was easy to miss a more important Washington story last week. The other shoe dropped on the Obama presidency. Still battered at home by the ObamaCare debacle and the permanently sluggish economy, the last thing the White House wanted was bad news on foreign policy. But that’s exactly what it got, and then some, thanks to the shockingly scathing book by Robert Gates. The former defense secretary offers the most devastating critique to come from an Obama insider. He paints the president as estranged from the very Afghan military surge he ordered

A LEADING American divorce mediator will visit Washington this week to offer members of Congress advice on ending the "tiresome bickering" between Republicans and Democrats. If US tabloids are to be believed, she may need to visit the White House first. Michelle Obama´s extended absence from Washington and a flurry of renewed speculation about the state of the first couple´s marriage are threatening to overshadow her 50th birthday party at the White House on Saturday. Not for the first time in their 22-year marriage the Obamas are approaching what should be a happy family milestone under a cloud of rampant tabloid innuendo, summed

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a Florida Democrat who is also chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, will join Vice President Joseph R. Inside a cramped third-floor office of Hillary Clinton’s once-bustling presidential campaign headquarters in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, Va., Kris Balderston and Adrienne Elrod put the finishing touches on a political hit list. It was late June 2008, and Hillary had dropped her bid for the presidency earlier that month. The war room, where her brain trust had devolved into profanity-laced shouting matches, was empty. The data crunchers were gone. The political director had drifted out. A handful of Hillary’s aides had already hooked up with Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign in Chicago. Balderston’s salt-and-pepper beard gave him the look of a
