Dr. Benjamin Carson
will soon get Palined

Washington Times, by Eric Golub

LOS ANGELES — Dr. Benjamin Carson created a stir by challenging President Barack Obama´s class warfare at the National Prayer Breakfast. While some have debated the appropriateness of speaking out in that particular forum, Obama does not like to be challenged anywhere by anybody. For speaking out, Dr. Carson is about to get "Palined." What the liberal bullies did to Marco Rubio will be child´s play compared to the meat grinder Carson is about to face. Carson is a black conservative, and every ounce of hostility and ideological bigotry will be directed at this

Comments:
Yes, along with Ted Cruz who they are attacking right now. On the Hannity Special he was asked if he was concerned with those who would try to delegitimize him. He said he wasn´t concerned "because there is nothing they can do to delegitimize me. There is no skeleton they can find. They can try. Good luck." Take that you jackals in the media.

Oh yes they will. If Doc Carson had an overdue library book or ripped the "do not remove under penalty of law" sticker off his mattress, it´ll be like Marco Rubio drinking a bottled water -- akin to being a mass murderer.

I think they have met their match in Dr. Benjamin Carson.

My mother is completely apolitical. She is also someone who can be easily swayed by these sorts of attacks. There are two problems for the liberals. The first is that my mom has heard of Dr. Carson, and in terms that push her buttons so that when she hears negative things about him, her response is, "Well, I don´t know about that, but he has done..., and that is the sign of a truly good man." The second is that my mom is one of those people whose positive endorsement of someone results in other people saying, "Well, I don´t know about that, but Attila´s mom says that he is a good man." In addition to that, I was just at an event that was populated by a large group of people that fall into that category and they were abuzz, in a positive way, about the speech he gave at the National Prayer breakfast.

Sarah got ´´Palinized´´ because she couldn´t hold her own even against a lightweight like Katie Couric.

On the other hand, Dr. Carson seems born to fight the MSM dragon that´s been laying waste our political discourse for decades. With his intelligence and outstanding rhetorical gifts, he could make pate de foie mincemeat out of the entire liberal MSM over the next few years if he chooses to do so. Let´s hope he does.

I agree with #2. Dr. Carson went to Yale, then to the University of Michigan medical school. He became head of pediatric neurosurgery at age 33. He´s successfully performed operations on conjoined twins, children and adults, that had never before been attempted. He has over fifty honorary doctorates. He´s a full professor of oncology. He´s a full professor of pediatrics. He´s a full professor of neurosurgery. He´s a full professor of plastic surgery. He probably has an IQ of 170.

What are they going to do? Say he´s stupid and uneducated?

Persona, I have much respect for Dr. Carson and his life accomplishments. THe problem is that the Democrat-Socialist machine and its army of Urinalistas are warming up in the wings...In their eyes truth has No meaning...It is what they can ´spin´ it to insinuate meaning to the Lo-Fo voter class. It will be a tsunami of a crap storm they push at Dr. Carson. Hope he and his family are ready for it. They want to neutralize him; BEFORE he can organize his political aspirations.

Reply 12 - Posted by: postaway, 2/18/2013 1:07:39 PM     (No. 9183185)

#8, you´re not diabolical enough to imagine what the left will do. They don´t have to have facts or the need to prove anything. And don´t think for a minute that morals and ethics will play any hand in their response to this good man. Shadowy figures - nurses, ex-employees, hospital personnel, etc. will accuse him of things like putting pubic hairs on Coke cans and telling Long Dong Silver jokes. We all know how this works, now don´t we? And he´ll have a choice: drag his family and his reputation through the mud or walk away from speaking about anything he disagrees with them about. And don´t be surprised when the RN with the story of being molested in the broom closet winds up with a professorship and lifetime tenure at a prominent university.

I´m thinking up and coming conservatives should invent and bury some potentially useful tidbits for the leftards to "find" when they reach the level that the good doctor is approaching.

Then, after the leftard buzzards strike, it can be shown that they have been made fools of.

Dr Carson is by all accounts a man of outstanding virtue who would be a far better president than the one we have but someday he may need a sip of water and then he will be finished. On the other hand what difference does it make if Obama can´t make a decision and four americans serving overseas are killed. Dr Carson should be very careful to not be critical of Obama because if any of the patients he has ever helped or their spouses and relatives ever die of any cause any time in the future Dr Carson would certainly be heartless, cruel and uncaring if this should happen. /s

Of course Dr. Carson will be destroyed. He is guilty of a high crime. He has committed lèse-majesté and contradicted The One.
This crime is not forgivable. This crime cannot be expunged.
Even life in a re-education camp will not suffice.
Dr. Carson will be buried in a deluge of negative publicity. Lawsuits will be brought against him. He will be sued for negligence, malpractice, sexual harassment, burglary, murder, child abandonment, and probably stock trading violations.
But such is always the fate of those who speak truth to power.
The lame-stream media (who could not be bothered with checking for any of The One´s academic history) will provide overwhelming evidence that some third-grader was offended by Carson´s finger painting. They did this to Romney, after all.

I don´t see it happening. Maybe a few detractors, but many in the media, especially the DC press corps, hold Johns Hopkins University in very high regard. Especially the medical school.

A 60-something brain surgeon is just not gonna arouse the kind of animosity that a beautiful woman like Sarah did. Unless, of course, he refused to terminate the life of a Down syndrome baby.

Of course he´ll get Palined. Look for some of out posters here to start disdaining him. The mistake is to immediately start talking about someone´s presidential possibilities the moment they make sense on the public stage.

Let somebody find their niche and spread the word. Putting them on such a high pedestal so quickly makes it easy for the Obama-slobbering msm to knock them down.

Reply 19 - Posted by: udanja99, 2/18/2013 2:01:14 PM     (No. 9183306)

The real reason that the left went after Palin is that they watched her speeches, and the way audiences responded to her, and realized that she could very well be the first female president. And they couldn´t allow that to happen because that position is reserved for a democrat in their minds. She scared the everlovin´ carp out of them so they had to destroy her.

It´s possible for Republicans to overcome attacks by the MSM, no matter how outrageous and unremitting, and win elections.

Ronald Reagan did it, as did Rudy Giuliani and George W. Bush.

There´s no reason why Dr. Ben Carson can´t do it, too, if he´s up for the fight.

Every day the MSM loses viewers and readers. Will the ´´New York Times´´ even be in business by 2016? Republican pessimism at this stage seems way overdone.

Well, just to name a few good conservatives that immediately come to mind:

Bork, Thomas, Palin, Romney, Cain, Cruz, Rubio, etc, etc. All of whom were palined (if you want to use that word) by the MSM.

I fear that Dr. Carson´s name will be on this list in the near future.

I started coming out of my ´November Funk´ during Christmas week, even though that was during the early stages of the assault on the Second Amendment by that Fascist in the WH.

I´ve been on a steady climb back to my normalcy since then and now after a few weeks of Dr Carson, “I feel much better now”!

Dr Carson has reminded me that there is still a ´Shining City on a Hill´ for those of us who still believe in America The Beautiful!

If the Left Wing Media succeeds in destroying the good doctor with a ´Death By a Thousand Knife Cuts´, as they did to G W Bush, it will be because we failed to stand with him by shying away from the Light of Liberty and Individual Freedom and Personal Independence.

If we fail in the 2014 elections, we will be condemning our children and grandchildren to lives of servitude under Socialist/Fascist/Statist regimes that will last for decades.

Almost every poster here knows what the scoop is even if we can´t always articulate it and become frustrated trying to ´think it through´.

For one thing, Obama and his handlers are great students of Marx, Lenin, Goebbels, Alinsky and Cloward/Priven and half of America has no idea who these people were and what they stood for.

For another, we are treated as fools because we are led by fools.

And then the icing on the cake is the MSM are Marxist through and through and will cover for the Kenyan no matter what. They are truly traitors to the American Dream.

Are we lost? No. We must just ´Fix Bayonets´ and “Never Give UP. Never Give UP. Never Give UP.”

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church.
