John McCain Asks NBC´s
David Gregory ´Do You Care
Whether Four Americans Died?´

Newsbusters, by Noel Sheppard

Original Article

Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.) asked NBC´s David Gregory a question Sunday that should be asked of virtually every media member in this country. During a heated exchange about the attack on our consulate in Benghazi, Libya, last year, McCain said to his Meet the Press host, "Do you care whether four Americans died?" (video follows with transcript and commentary):DAVID GREGORY, HOST: The president said this week on the issue of Benghazi, "You guys are running out of things to ask about." So let me ask you, at the end of the day here on Benghazi, if the worst thing

No, he doesn´t care. he would only care if this had happened in a R administration. This time, McCain done good. More and more people should turn the tables on Obama´s media and ASK THEM TO ANSWER QUESTIONS!

the left has a stock answer on Benghazi and that´s the 4000+ that died in Iraq and according to them we killed 100´s of thousands of civilians. So,why are we so concerned over 4 people.

Never mind that this was complete dereliction of duty and a massive cover up scheme that blew up in their faces. A fake illness and injury to Hillary to buy time.Petraeus ran out of town to keep his mouth shut.

I rarely have anything nice to say about Sen. McCain, so here is an exception thanks for taking it right to the phoney journalist who is really just a propagandist in the Geobbel´s style. McCain did not let him get a way with it. Thanks you Senator this happens as often as the Pope retiring and lightning hitting the Vatican.

What #3 said. As of late, I, too, don´t have much good to say about McCain; especially, since he punted on the election and left us with this mess.

It will be interesting to see where he and Miss Lindsay stand (fall?) on the Hagel matter.

McCain outlines numerous issues that we don´t have answers to, nor are any answers forthcoming, and Gregory still continues to ask "A cover up of what?"!!!
NBC is just State Controlled Media and Gregory is just another little monkey dancing on the end of the Obamboozler´s string!

No, McCain did not do good. How about:

"Do you not care about four dead Americans?. Or are you so bent upon saving Obama embarrassment that you will invite me on your show in an attempt to further brunt those who want answers? It is tragic that we have a media that refuse to help us honor these dead Americans by at the very least knowing the full story as to why it happened. (Take off mic and walk off the set).

that is what must begin to happen to these cretins. But don´t expect anyone but Cruse to do it.

THIS is what Republicans need to do in a united fashion if they are to win back a majority in the U.S. Senate!

QUESTION the questioners! Shove those uncomfortable questions right in their faces, from Benghazi to Fast & Furious!

Thank you, Senator McCain!

Do they care about four dead Americans?

Note that David Gregory REFUSED TO ANSWER?

Do they care about three-hundred murdered Mexican Citizens?

Note that they won´t report, and won´t answer!

After the Benghazi attack, Susan Rice was specifically asked to appear on ´´Meet the Press´´ in order to lie that it was caused by an anti-Islamist video.

And for years, John McCain has been specifically asked to appear on ´´Meet the Press´´ in order to undermine the Republican party.

´´Meet the Press´´ has been nothing if not consistent in its support for the Democrats.

But if John McCain has decided to no longer fulfill his anti-Republican mission on Sunday talkshows, which Republican will be left to do so? Lindsay Graham? But Senator Grahamnesty is up for re-election next year and probably doesn´t want to be the Dick Lugar of 2014.

So, ´´Meet the Press´´ has a job opening for a disloyal Republican, and let´s hope no one will agree to fill it.

Why should the LeftMedia care about the murders of 4 Americans?
Now if it were 4 homosexuals denied the "right" to marry, or 4 third-trimester Women seeking last minute abortions, or 4 gay troop leaders rejected by the Boy Scouts, or 4 Black people somehow "dissed" by whites, Or 4 illegal aliens denied the right to vote--then the LeftMedia would be all over it.

# 16 Amen.
Senators McCain and Graham have been on point on Benghazi ( and Hagel and gun control ) for weeks.
Limbaugh and the other far right wing talkers continue to ignore the great job these two have done .
Because it doesn´t fit the phony narrative that they have established.
For some inexplicable reason, some self appointed Tea Party honchos continue to slam Graham
and vow to primary him.
If past is prologue, we can watch that seat go the Akin way.

McCain does a decent job of bringing up the others who were in Benghazi. There WERE 31 people there....where are the interviews ?

I keep asking, what happened to Tyrone Woods´ father, Charles ? Has he been silenced ?

We had to listen to Cindy Sheehan for years. I would LIKE to hear from Charles Woods again. After all, the President PROMISED him answers.

The IS a valid reason for NOT messing around in Washington. Unfortunately Democrats do not have to worry about that and Republicans do.

The reason so many of us are hard on McCain and Graham is because we know they will cave. They start out strong but eventually they back down. Asking hard questions is not enough. Get back to me when they demand answers and get them. Evidently the price of American lives is cheap if we can let Obama and this administration get away with the failure to come to the aid of their fellow countrymen when they are begging for help. Will we fiercely advocate on their behalf or just move on as this administration advises.

The Gregory press corps will never report the truth on Benghazi so why even bother covering up? All they have to do is stonewall their way through a few hearings and demonize anyone who wants answers.

Oh, and wait for a Republican to take a drink of water during a speech. Gregory´s news company will air THAT 155 times LOL. Useful idiots.

Good for McCain for asking Gregory this question; however, McCain must not care all that much either since he won´t block an incompetent like Hagel from becoming Secretary of Defense. You can´t have it both ways, John. Do you honestly think Hagel is going to buck King Barry if another Benghazi happens and the Muslim BroHoods want to take over?

I´m with #12. Benghazi happened September 11, 2012. We´re 5 months on and no one is watching David Gregory. On the other hand, the Senate is supposed to providing Advice and Consent on the Hagel and Brennan nominations. Both have decided the questioning has gone on long enough even though the questions haven´t been answered. And both have taken swipes at Ted Cruz who is trying to do his job.

WE all know that 4 Americans were sacrificed and essentially jettisoned from any meaning by the Regime...The unanswered questions are:
A.) what has happened to the Thirty-one people who have been hidden by the Regime...
B.)Folks who could answer the questions about what really happened in Benghazi?
1.)They could come forward and tell America the truth.
2.) Are they still alive, or were they
sacrificed to the Big Ego in the WH?

QUESTIONS Without AANSWERS!

People are hard on Graham and McCain because they deserve it. They have undercut Republicans at every turn.

Has McCain done a good job on Benghazi? Well, I suppose. But the only reason he was even invited on the show is because he´s once again undercutting Republicans on the Hagel issue. Which is a very important issue. Will he undercut on the vile Brennan as well? If he operates true to form he will.

#16, #19, #24 et al:

The reason many on “our side” continue to complain about McCain and Graham is not because they sometimes rouse themselves to stand on conservative issues, but because they never back up the rhetoric with meaningful votes. Example: the Hagel confirmation.

Their pattern is to make some noise on the “news” shows, but then they always vote “yes” on the progressive agenda every time. They never play hardball when it really matters. Where are the rest of the GOP senators? They’re in hiding as McCain and Graham, the designated hitters, lob out a few pop flies to give the crowd a chance to cheer, but in the end they will throw the game.

Go ahead and cheer for the pop flies, those of us who expect, at least, a double-hit are leaving the stadium.

If ONLY McCain could make a clear, articulate argument instead of stammering and stuttering so darn much it diminishes any cognizant point he might accidently make! He is terminally pathetic in any debate. When he and others had the opportunity, to nail Hillary on Benghazi, they were too busy grandstanding and stammering to go for the throat, ask the right questions, and get to the bottom of this event. I wish Trey Gaudy could get Obama, Hillary, Panetta & Susan Rice in a hot room for a good old fashioned interrogation. I think he could get to the bottom of Benghazi and he doesn´t stammer and stutter in McCain´s mealy-mouthed way.

Chris Matthews has been attacking McCain, saying that he (Matthews) was sure he was witnessing a flashback by the former POW.

The first family attended Easter services Sunday at the Nineteenth Street Baptist Church, a Northwest Washington congregation that welcomed the Obamas on the eve of the president’s first inauguration. The Obamas’ motorcade left the White House shortly before 10 a.m. (Snip) The motorcade pulled up to the church, about four miles away, just after 10. The first family arrived through a tented entrance and sat in the second pew in a mostly, but not completely filled church, joining an estimated 250 others. The president wore a light khaki suit. The first lady was wearing a cream dress and sweater. Daughters

CLEARWATER — In the mid-1970s, Wayne Phillips saw a television program telling the story of the Shroud of Turin, a centuries-old linen cloth that bears the image of a crucified man. At first, he was miffed. Years of Catholic schooling — Jesuit High School in Tampa and Notre Dame University — and he had never known about this artifact? (He would later learn that it was a delicate subject at the Vatican.) A doctor, he has a curious mind. A mind shaped by logic and by science. But as a Catholic, he understands some beliefs are still a mystery. He

The premature presidential polls have started rolling out and are consistent: The race for the White House is as much a fantasy as “Game of Thrones” — filled with as many off-the-mark, off-their-rocker relatives and pretender-contenders to the throne as any “Song of Ice and Fire": REPUBLICANS -Jeb Bush, Son of George the First, brother of George the Second -The Good: Last-name recognition - The Bad: Last-name recognition: Brother Bush’s illegal war and the collapse of the economy. The Ugly: The father, the son and the holy “Good God! — not them again!” The Advice: Get out and go find

WASHINGTON — IT’S weird to be jealous of your car. But I am. Men look at my car with such naked lust, their eyes devouring the curves and chrome, that I often feel as though I’m intruding on an intimate moment. Women like it, too. They sometimes grin and give it a thumbs up as it growls by, and one girlfriend fondly refers to it as “the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Goddess car.” But the icon evokes a special feeling in men. It’s the Proustian madeleine of cars, stirring old dreams and new. Guys sometimes follow in the American beauty’s

California’s unemployment rate is rotten and holding steady. In March, according to the Los Angeles Times, the rate was 8.1%. In February, it was exactly the same. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the state only added 11,800 net new jobs in March, many of them in construction, government, education, and health services. The greatest gains were in professional and business services, with 3,100 new positions. But the jobs numbers in hospitality, manufacturing, and leisure dipped, and the biggest drop came in financial activities, as the slowing rate of mortgages forced banks to fire employees. Morgado is the star of Son of God, by executive producers Mark Burnett and wife Roma Downey, which continues to thrive in theaters, pulling in $59 million since its debut Feb. 28. Downey believes there will be a "spike" in attendance at theaters this weekend because of the spiritual holiday for a film that has already proved a box-office force. SCARBOROUGH, Maine- John C. Houbolt, an engineer whose contributions to the U.S. space program were vital to NASA´s successful moon landing in 1969, has died. He was 95. Houbolt died Tuesday at a nursing home in Scarborough, Maine, of complications from Parkinson´s disease, his son-in-law Tucker Withington, of Plymouth, Mass., confirmed Saturday. As NASA describes on its website, while under pressure during the U.S.-Soviet space race, Houbolt was the catalyst in securing U.S. commitment to the science and engineering theory that eventually carried the Apollo crew to the moon and back safely. His efforts in the early 1960s are largely

Democrats have a problem and everyone knows it. President Obama calls it a “congenital disease.” If they can’t control it, Obama could spend the final years of his presidency battling not only a Republican House but also a Republican Senate. Democrats don’t vote in midterm elections. That’s an exaggeration, of course, but the core of the Democratic coalition is made up of many people who turn out to vote only in presidential elections. The Republican coalition — older and whiter — suffers less from midterm falloff. So much has been made of the building blocks the president assembled to win his

The Assemblywoman is feisty, unflappable, stays on message, goes at Hayes hard, and comes out looking great. A terrific segment and a good interview by Hayes, amazingly enough. The best part was when she left him flat-footed right at the end after catching him with the slaughter question. Although Hayes salvages the moment for himself with the barbecue crack. The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. President Obama was apparently “stunned” to see the fox roaming freely down the oft-photographed White House colonnade, home to the world’s shortest, but most dramatic, outdoor strolls. For Hillary Clinton, having her own baby grandchild to kiss on the campaign trail, could be one of the biggest boosts to her possible presidential election campaign. Although the former Secretary of State and First Lady has not said if she will run in 2016, the arrival of her first grandchild will soften her image, analysts have said. While Chelsea only revealed her pregnancy on Thursday, supporters of her mother have already started cooing over a possible baby in the White House. With the Clintons having a near-royal status in the U.S., the announcement of a new arrival due this fall has sent

GREENSBORO, Ga. — Golf holes the size of pizzas. Soccer balls on the back nine. A mulligan on every hole. These are some of the measures — some would say gimmicks — that golf courses across the country have experimented with to stop people from quitting the game. Golf has always reveled in its standards and rich tradition. But increasingly a victim of its own image and hidebound ways, golf has lost five million players in the last decade, according to the National Golf Foundation, with 20 percent of the existing 25 million golfers apt to quit in the next few years. People under 35 have especially spurned the game, saying it takes too

That was quite a victory dance President Obama did Thursday while claiming Obamacare is “working” because eight million people have now supposedly signed up for the health care program. He even indulged in some less-than-subtle mockery of Republicans - and by extension the majority of Americans who have disapproved of Obamacare since before it became law. "The repeal debate is and should be over,” Obama said, taking a dig at Republicans who are “going through, you know, the stages of grief … anger and denial and all that stuff …” But a president who is viewed by most Americans as less

Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression. And this Sunday, Michelle, Malia, Sasha, and I will join our fellow Christians around the world in celebrating the Resurrection of Christ, the salvation he offered the world, and the hope that comes with the Easter season. These holy days have their roots in miracles that took place long ago. And yet, they still inspire us, guide us, and strengthen us today. They remind us of our

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday that a family of dissident ranchers and their supporters in his home state of Nevada are ´domestic terrorists,´ citing this week´s standoff with the federal government´s Bureau of Land Management. Cliven Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for land where his hundreds of cattle roam every day. The land is owned by the federal government, which says he owes more than $1 million. Bundy, however, insists that since his family has been using the land since the 1870s, Uncle Sam can´t collect the grazing fees. A tense standoff developed this week after

WASHINGTON--Rushing to an afternoon vote last month, Sen. Ted Cruz hopped the underground tram to the U.S. Capitol from his office across the street. The Texan planted his black ostrich cowboy boots in the middle of the small subway car without getting so much as a nod from the other senators--Republican or Democrat--amiably chatting or huddled in their seats. Mr. Cruz finds himself standing alone a lot these days. His response to the cold shoulders: "The establishment despised Ronald Reagan" before he became president, "but the people loved him." Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?

In a speech earlier this week, Lisa O. Monaco, President Barack Obama’s assistant for homeland security and counterterrorism, insisted that American parents must be vigilant because their “confrontational” children could be on the verge of becoming terrorists. Monaco’s full, prepared text is available here. She presented the speech, entitled “Countering Violent Extremism and the Power of Community,” at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government on April 15. Monaco began her remarks by eloquently describing the lives tragically lost last year during the Boston Marathon bombings. Interestingly, the Harvard grad failed to mention the religion or the motive of brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan

Conservative columnist Ann Coulter — who used her talk show platform in the last presidential election cycle to campaign hard for former Massachusetts Gov. She made the suggestion during a discussion on Sean Hannity’s radio show while speaking of her new book, “Never Trust a Liberal Over 3-Especially a Republican.” Ms. Coulter also addressed the question of Mr. Romney’s shortcomings by saying that his 2012 loss wasn’t entirely his fault. “I think too much blame, not only in this

Prominent Washington correspondents are accusing President Obama and his aides of knowingly stretching the truth on issues like the so-called women´s pay gap just to create controversy and keep issues -- and the president -- relevant. Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus kicked off the attack last week when she blasted as “demagoguery” the administration´s tactics during the pay gap debate. “The level of hyperbole -- actually, of demagoguery -- that Democrats have engaged in here is revolting,” she wrote. CBS White House Correspondent Major Garrett then weighed in this week in his National Journal
