BLOWING SMOKE ALERT: When Obama was giving his lengthy non-explanation, he said the words, "I´ve tried to work with Congress" about such issues. Where have we heard "I have tried working with Congress" before?

Regarding a budget deal (I think it was) Obama said "if Congress doesn´t act, I will". Keep that in mind when he used similar wording re: drone strikes on Americans on American soil. "I have tried working with Congress..."

What he is saying is that if Congress doesn´t agree with him -- on anything -- he will act on his own, belying his own words, "I´m not one who believes the President can do anything he wants." He does.

In short, if Obama wants to declare anyone (conservative groups, for example) "terrorists", he will do exactly that, which will justify in this Administration´s eyes the use of drone or other forces to destroy them.

We are being warned from O´s own lips and if we are too blind to see this, it´s our fault for not wanting to make waves. Congress should act immediately to firmly state that IN NO SITUATION, will Americans on American soil be denied their due process nor their right to privacy. Obama wants to be judge, jury and executioner. He must be denied that yesterday.
