Scalia: Roberts disappointed
him in Obamacare decision

Washington Examiner, by Paul Bedard

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 2/13/2013 7:31:55 PM

For months he´s bobbed and weaved questions about a rift with Chief Justice John Roberts, and now Associate Justice Antonin Scalia is finally conceding that he was disappointed with Roberts´ decision to uphold most of Obamacare last year. "I was disappointed it came out the way it did," he said, the first time he expressed his displeasure with the surprise Roberts decision. But he said Tuesday night during an address to Smithsonian supporters, "I don´t work for him, and he doesn´t work for me." Many conservatives thought Roberts would strike Obama down and there were

Comments:
He must have really been upset with him because for him to say anything is extremely unusual. I wish he would have let it rip and condemned Roberts´ outrageous decision, but then he would have behaved like a no class Democrat and tarnished the image of the Supreme Court so I´ll forgive him.

Roberts disappointed him, but betrayed We the People. Most of us are trapped by Obamacare, unlike you well-paid SC Justices.
We do not have the luxury of paying for concierge Medical service, or traveling out of country for needed services.
Those of us who have an IQ over room temperature realize the dire consequences of the Roberts opinion. We CANNOT remedy this at the ballot box when half the people are too stupid to comprehend, and the ballot boxes are stuffed with fraudulent votes.

I think there was something going on with Roberts.

One obvious thing could be intimidation or bribery on the part of the Administration.

But another might be that Roberts saw a SOTUS ruling coming up as an outcome of ObamaCare that would kill the entire legislation dead.
I did read once that Roberts wanted to see the first person who had to pay a fine for not signing up for ObamaCare in his court.

I´m not knowledgeable enough to have a clue what this might imply...

While I despised the decision, what bothered me more was the deference that Roberts gave the Executive and Legislative.
Co-EQUAL does NOT mean subservient.
When Roberts stated that the Court was NOT the last stop for citizens to obtain redress, I was stunned.

But the odd thing is that the boys are Irish. Ireland does not allow non-residents to adopt children. There was also another illegality concerning the adoption but I can´t remember the specfics right now.
I believe blackmail happened. Obama and his handlers have unsealed records before to his advantage.

New information about the intelligence available in the immediate aftermath of the Benghazi attack raises questions about whether the former No. 2 at the CIA downplayed or dismissed reporting from his own people in Libya that it was a coordinated attack and not an out-of-control protest over an anti-Islam video. Then-Deputy Director Mike Morell, whose own agency lost two employees at Benghazi, former Navy Seals Ty Woods and Glen Doherty, was heavily involved in editing the administration’s internal narrative on what happened – known as the “talking points” – which served as the basis for then-U.N. Iranian oil exports soared in January, hitting new highs just months after the United States consented to billions of dollars in economic sanctions relief under the interim nuclear deal. Exports of Iranian crude oil jumped to 1.32 million barrels, up from December’s high of 1.06 million barrels, according to data from the International Energy Agency. The spike in exports—mainly to Japan, China, and India—has helped Iran’s once-ailing economy stabilize and decrease inflation. Iranian oil exports have steadily risen since negotiations with the West restored confidence in Tehran’s economy.
