Meacham on Drone Kills:
Obama acting ´like
American King´

Newsbusters, by Mark Finkelstein

Original Article

Posted By:Fiesta del sol, 2/6/2013 7:52:59 AM

Wow! Who would have thought that perhaps the strongest statement yet in condemnation of President Obama´s self-arrogated right to kill Americans abroad would have come from Jon Meacham?  Yet on today´s Morning Joe, historian and Random House editor Meacham criticized Obama for ignoring the "rule of law" and actually described Obama as acting like "an American King." Joe Scarborough seconded Meacham´s surprising statement, adding that had this come to light under George W. Bush, impeachment would be in the air.

Comments:
George Bush would have been brought up for impeachment because this is an impeachable offense. If the rule of law or the Constitution means anything to the Congress, President Jarrett and Obama should be impeached......

Wait, what´s that buzzing noise above my house.....

The Obama administration has been unleasing Drone Strikes since before the 2010 mid-terms. It´s only now that the MSM has decided to make this an issue?
Oh wait, now we´re after the 2012 presidential election, and the MSM needed to drag Baraka across the finish line.
Talk about drones!

The skinny boy with the big ears is pleased to shuffle the deck of cards with those faces on the cards, and giving the OK to kill them.
But if the Gitmo prison was creating more terrorists, what will the drones do?

These are a deliberate distraction thown out there by the White House to take our gaze off the economy and the real costs of Obamacare. When a vote is needed for Dear Leader(US)´s gun grab or other ways to cement his regime´s iron fist, ol´ Joe will be there with his vote.

Remember, he just got re-elected. He doesn´t have to vote like the home folks want for another four or five years.

Fig leaves wilting! It looks like the requirement that the Border Patrol catch 90% of illegal crossers–reported by the WSJ and touted by both Marco Rubio’s chief of staff and my colleague Matt Lewis as an example of the “ tough border enforcement measures” in the Gang of 8 immigration amnesty bill–has turned out to be evanescent, like so many of the other promises amnesty boosters have pitched to conservatives. Of course, the 90% “trigger” was never a barrier to legalization–illegal immigrants will get that more or less immediately under the Gang bill,

Los Angeles - A notorious Rockefeller impostor was found guilty Wednesday of first-degree murder in the death of a man whose bones were found buried beneath the backyard of a suburban home. Christian Gerhartsreiter was tried 28 years after the disappearance of newlyweds John and Linda Sohus in a heavily circumstantial cold case. Much of the prosecution´s evidence focused on the strange behavior of the man who adopted many names including Clark Rockefeller. He masqueraded as an heir to the fabled oil fortune for 20 years. The case went to the jury late Tuesday morning and the

President Obama´s decision last year to allow young people living in the U.S. illegally to stay and work marked the biggest shift in immigration policy in decades, hailed as a landmark step toward the American dream for a generation of immigrants. But months later, many immigrants are having vastly different reactions to the change depending on where they live, and they aren´t flocking to the program at the levels the government originally expected. A handful of Republican-led states are blocking basic benefits for those in the program, denying beneficiaries identification cards, driver´s licenses,

Chavez co-founded the organization now known as the United Farm Workers union (UFW). He became an iconic figure in the labor movement, with his stature only increasing since his death

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius conceded Monday that implementing the Affordable Care Act has been more complicated and frustrating than the Obama administration expected, largely due to Republicans who have opposed the law´s state-based exchanges and Medicaid expansion. "The politics has been relentless and that continues," Sebelius said. "There was some hope that once the Supreme Court ruled in July, and then once an election occurred there would be a sense that, ´This is the law of the land, let´s get on board, let´s make this work.´"
