Resistance to Obama
Has Melted Away

RUSH: Look, folks, I really don´t like being a "see, I told you so." I mean, I know I do it a lot ´cause it happens a lot, and I used to even have a little jingle with it. "Nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah! See, I Told You So," because it used to be somewhat unique. Now it´s not difficult at all. It is important, however. I do, when relevant, like to remind you of things that you´ve heard in the past on this program that you may have forgotten, things that I´ve said. Here´s a story that leads into my point.

Uh, no it hasn´t. Go to a local gun store or sporting goods store and try to buy ammo. That´s resistance, folks.

The GOP has melted away, certainly. But we saw that with Bush, when McCain became the candidate in ´08 and when Romney, who was provided with more than enough material to spank Obama, choked.

This just shows how easily manipulated our politicians are. They are stupid! Perception is NOT reality. The only reason Obama won was not just because of lo-fo voters. There was a LOT of election fraud, there was a LOT of lies and propaganda that were never countered, etc. But the biggest problem is that the Dems know how to shape perception and obviously they not only manipulate the lo-fo voters but the opposition party politicians too! We have elected a bunch of idiots and wimps and they all need to be replaced. We need to get involved at the lower levels and work our way up to influence our party. We need to stop letting clueless idiots decide for us.

First we have to win at the local and state level. From there we have to take on the establishment national party. ALL our representative and senators are not gutless whims, just 90% of them. We will always have to put up with a few weak sisters. A strong conservative R just will never be elected in some states and parts of the country.

Addicts will never vote to cut off their drug supply.
The simple purchase of ammo is a far cry from actually using it. The sissified will succumb when the ATF agents come knocking at their doors as confiscation begins.

I agree with #3 and #7. Frankly, I am sick and tired of all the gnashing of teeth and gloom and doom and whining about "dumb" republicans. IMO, the only thing "melting away" is Rush Limbaugh´s audience. I was a loyal member of his audience from 1988 up to the last election when he threw everything but the kitchen sink at Mitt Romney for months, just so he could say "I told you so". Okay Rush, you win, we lose. Enough is enough. Why not try to encourage our Congress members rather than joining the old circular firing squad with the demonrats to undermine and defeat our OWN party? Good Grief!

Investigators trying to solve the disappearance of a Malaysia Airlines jetliner have concluded that one of the pilots or someone else with flying experience hijacked the missing Boeing 777 and steered it off course, according to a Malaysian government official. The official, who is involved in the investigation, told The Associated Press that no motive has been established, and it is not yet clear where the plane was taken. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to brief the media. The official said that hijacking was no longer a theory. "It is conclusive." The investigation into the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines 3786.KU +2.13% Flight 370 sharpened its focus on sabotage, according to aviation and industry officials, amid strong indications that one or more people on the plane deliberately changed its course and tried to mask its location. Officials suspect two different systems were shut off after the plane took off last weekend, one shortly after the other, people familiar with the investigation said. About an hour into the flight, the plane´s transponders stopped functioning, making it much more difficult for air-traffic control personnel to track or identify it via radar.

U.S. to relinquish remaining

U.S. officials announced plans Friday to relinquish federal government control over the administration of the Internet, a move that pleased international critics but alarmed some business leaders and others who rely on the smooth functioning of the Web. Pressure to let go of the final vestiges of U.S. authority over the system of Web addresses and domain names that organize the Internet has been building for more than a decade and was supercharged by the backlash last year to revelations about National Security Agency surveillance. The change would end the long-running contract between the Commerce Department and the

Constitution: Right now, the public would not support the cure the Framers provided for a president who skirts the laws. But what might the charges against President Obama look like? If Americans could read for themselves specific articles of impeachment against Obama, would they really think the charges were trumped up, as polls suggest and the media insist is the case? Has, for instance, the president "failed without lawful cause or excuse to produce papers and things as directed by duly authorized subpoenas issued by ... the House of Representatives"? ObamaCare: The administration plans to cut the military pensions of those who served their country while giving public employees a break by exempting their ObamaCare subsidies from sequestration. On the heels of announcing that Army troop levels will be cut below pre-World War II levels, the Military Times has reported that the Obama administration is planning to reduce military pension costs by 10% by converting part of their retirement to 401(k)-like defined-contribution plans from defined-benefit plans. What makes this interesting is that it affects military retirees and members of the military who are non-union and therefore can´t strike or engage in collective

US officials believe that two communications systems aboard Malaysian Airlines flight 370 were shut down separately, 14 minutes apart - which indicates the plane did not come down because of a sudden catastrophic failure. The data reporting system was shut down at 1.07 am and the transponder was turned off at 1.21 am just after the the pilot signed off to Malaysian air traffic controllers with ´All right, good night,´ and before the Boeing 777 apparently changed course and turned west. Not exactly what the Founders had in mind. In a recent speech to the Democratic National Committee, the president lamented that "we´ve let the other side define the word ´freedom´ for too long." Then, as he often does, Obama set up a straw man argument, claiming to Republicans freedom means "what´s in it for me?" or "I´ve got no obligations to anybody." So what is "freedom," Mr. Obama? Last week, the U.S. Tenth Circuit decided a case that should reverberate on Capitol Hill. In Kerr v. The three-judge panel — consisting of Carter and Clinton appointees — ruled in favor of the legislators’ standing. This decision should embolden members of Congress who correctly believe that President Obama has encroached upon Congress’ constitutional authority. Indeed, Congress should do no less in defending its authority than the five Colorado state legislators.
