Handouts of the “morning-after pill” to sexually active students have skyrocketed under an unpublicized project in which health centers in public schools offer girls a full menu of free birth-control drugs and devices, records obtained by The Post show.Last September, the city revealed it had started giving out Plan B and other birth control in the nurses’ offices of 13 high schools. At the time, officials said 567 girls had gotten Plan B.

The lesser of two evils. I don´t think the government should be involved in this, but, since they are involved in making us pay, I´m in favor of keeping these thoughtless girls from having babies. I´d rather my taxes go to them NOT having babies than having babies. I know, tough issue.

Mayor Bloomberg, eugenicist. Typical liberal thinking. Don´t allow people to have a Big Gulp, but hand out hormonal contraceptives and abortion pills like candy.

Check out the savings Wisconsin got when Scott Walker´s Act 10. Was passed. Massive savings, same health care coverage and the only layoffs came from school districts who postponed implementing the new system.

Folks the level of fraud and abuse being committed at every level of government is staggering, start fixing it at the local level, that´s the only place you´ll have and success.

Without parental consent, and waivers, the school system opens itself up to a lawsuit when a girl dies from this pill. I don´t know that the pill has caused deaths on its own, but obviously they won´t be researching anyone´s health background. Maybe sterilization would be better.

First the feminists from the NOW organization turned women into an 18 year olds, boys, wet dream, now they are turning our young girls into slaughter houses. It won´t be too long before the government takes over ordering the slaughter and sterilization of young women. After all, liberals admire societies like china.

So to recap...once again government is doing something for ´children´ that would get regular adults locked up...

It´s surprising mainstream America hasn´t become more fed up and vocal about the ´sexual´ component inherent in the public schools at this point.

Fifteen years of the public schools preaching the ´normality´ of ´alternate sexual lifestyles´ has the CDC now noting 1000 adolescent males a month added to the roles of HIV positive. This week´s lesson is apparently ´you can be too stupid to attend to your birth control needs - and the schools will take care of it...´.

No wonder we have a nation of Sandra Flukes.
Being a slut is no longer a ´fluke´. It´s course material in the new improved schools that can´t graduate students who can read or make correct change.

Brave New World and all that, eh?

Reply 14 - Posted by: thatsomewhereplace, 2/4/2013 9:45:32 AM     (No. 9157195)

Another plan in the war on women/girls. We have selective abortions...you don´t want a baby girl, you abort her. You have a night out and screw around you get the morning after pill from your school. No parental consent. Just a pill that is not only life threatening to a newly conceived baby but can be deadly to the recipient. Women wake up! Women, respect yourselves. Note your worthiness. Don´t fall for this.

So they don´t think teaching morals and having God in school is their job or should be taught. But they are all about praising those who shouldn´t be praised, telling them to give in to instant gratification and oh yeah giving out medication to children? And you wonder why they are turning out the way they are? Like animals?

This week’s shocking fire sale of the once-vaunted Washington Post to a home-shopping magnate was another inglorious jolt reminding us that newspapers have committed themselves to a slow and painful suicide. It was like watching a body in free fall from some high rooftop slamming off another window sill in its long journey to the pavement. When I was a boy growing up in a one-stoplight tobacco town in Southside Virginia, my father subscribed to a solid 12 pounds of newspapers every day from around the country.

Once again, when it comes to President Obama and his administration, our media was found struck dumb this week after being scooped on another major story. And now the media have been scooped by no less than al Qaeda with the major revelation that Obama´s repeated boasts about "decimating" the terror group were false.

Amid the spectacle that has become Anthony Weiner’s campaign for mayor, New Yorkers have heard many arguments calling for him to withdraw. Surely the least persuasive of these is the one advanced on national TV by Dee Dee Myers: that Bill and Hillary find his continued candidacy distasteful. Like so many others statements that involve the name Clinton, Myers later “clarified” her comments by saying she hadn’t actually spoken to the Clintons before saying they wanted Weiner out. Her remarks, however, fit with all the other anonymous complaints we hear that the Clintons are “livid”

Residing off Route 38 at Wilson Boulevard under an overpass, through woods and down a path of trash lays a community of people living in tents. This particular community was relocated from Federal Street and it´s inhabited by an array of people: addicts, people who have fallen on hard times and some with mental illness. Herewith, a suggestion. A lot of people are complaining that Pope Francis’s comment about gays (the famous/notorious “who am I to judge”) represents nothing new. I think these complaints miss the point of what’s happening here. Of course, Christianity has always taught that one must love the sinner, because we are all sinners and stand in need of the grace of God. Of course, Christianity has always stressed the importance of mercy, charity, and pastoral care. There is no difference between Bergoglio and Ratzinger on this. But what’s different, indeed revolutionary,

WASHINGTON — U.S. officials insisted Tuesday that extraordinary security measures for nearly two dozen diplomatic posts were to thwart an “immediate, specific threat,” a claim questioned by counterterrorism experts, who note that the alert covers an incongruous set of nations from the Middle East to an island off the southern coast of Africa. Analysts don’t dispute the Obama administration’s narrative that it’s gleaned intelligence on a plot involving al Qaida’s most active affiliate, the Yemen-based Arabian Peninsula branch. Critics of the president are convinced that Barack Obama will do lasting damage to the U.S. I doubt it. Obama came to power in the third year of large Democratic congressional majorities. In his first referendum, he lost the House and he may soon lose the Senate; in other words, there followed a somewhat normal reaction against a majority party. Obama’s popularity rating is well below 50%, despite an obsequious media and a brilliantly negative billion-dollar campaign that long ago turned Mitt Romney into a veritable elevator-using, equestrian-marrying, canine-hating monster. In a rare diplomatic snub, President Obama is canceling plans to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow next month. The decision reflects both U.S. anger over Russia´s harboring of National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden and growing frustration within the Obama administration over what it sees as Moscow´s stubbornness on other key issues, including missile defense and human rights. Obama will still attend the Group of 20 economic summit in St. Petersburg, Russia, but a top White House official said the president had no plans to hold one-on-one talks with Putin while there.
