Prediction: Democrats, the party of Satan, will rally to his defense. They will conduct an "investigation" that will go on for over a year. Of course you will hear "we can´t comment on an ongoing investigation" over and over.; but only on FOXNEWS because the MSM will conduct a blackout on the coverage and when rarely reporting on the subject never mention "Democrat".
The Holder Justice Dept will follow suit claiming to be invstigating and not commenting. They will finally claim there is not enough evidence to bring charges.
The Senate ethics committee will finally slap his hand and announce it on a Friday evening before a major holiday. Menendez will then announce a few months later he is retiring to pursue other interests and will be given a standing Democrat ovation on the senate floor.
Satan will rejoice that his party has once again triumphed. Republicans will fail to use the incident for any political value and slither off under the nearest rock.

The 2012 national election continues to be a puzzle. Barack Obama won reelection with a solid 51 percent of the vote, and Democrats picked up 2 Senate seats, expanding their majority to 55-45. Yet the House of Representatives remained in Republican control, 234-201, yielding the divided government we have today. Liberal analysts tend to blame the Democrats’ minority status in the House on Republican gerrymandering, which is ironic considering how expertly their own politicians have rigged districts when given the chance. Indeed, the Democrats’ redistricting of Texas in the 1990s remains a wonderment.

A key component of the bombs used yesterday in the attacks on the Boston Marathon resemble the kind of homemade bomb al Qaeda has encouraged English-speaking terrorists to use. The Daily Beast has confirmed with U.S. counter-terrorism officials that the bombs placed Monday at the marathon were made from pressure cookers, a crude kind of explosive favored by insurgents in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Jeff Flake if the Arizona Republican votes against legislation to expand background checks.
