The playboy princes who put
Harry to shame! New drama
to reveal bohemian lifestyle
of Royal brothers George and
Edward in the 1930s

Daily Mail (UK), by Mario Ledwith

Original Article

With his naked indiscretions and questionable fancy dress choice, Prince Harry has cemented his reputation as the Royal Family´s standalone party animal. But despite his fun-loving reputation, the prince´s behaviour pales in comparison to some of his distant relatives. Surrounding themselves in the world of bohemia and frequenting London´s smoke-filled jazz clubs in the early 1930s, the then Prince of Wales and his brother Prince George indulged in a life of hedonism. That is according to a BBC documentary that charts the brothers´ unlikely relationship with the city´s black musicians in the pre-war era.

He was Prince Albert, fondly called "Bertie"..I just started reading and see an error already. When his brother abdicated, Albert became King George.
This is Queen Elizabeth´s father and this is a very tasteless article.

No, it wasnt´ Prince Albert, future King George VI, it was his and Edward VIII, the future Duke of Windsor´s, brother George the Duke of Kent.

Look it up in Wikipedia. Prince George mentioned here was the fourth son and fifth child of George V.

There was Edward Albert Christian George Andrew Patrick David, Duke of Wales who later abdicated.

Then Albert Frederick Arthur George, the stutterer who became King and father to Elizabeth, took George as the Royal name because Albert was German origin going back to Victoria´s husband.

Then Victoria Alexandra Alice Mary, Princess Mary, aunt to Elizabeth.

Then Henry William Frederick Albert, Duke of Gloucester, who was also a playboy.

Then George Edward Alexander Edmund, Duke of Kent,is the George mentioned in the article.

And finally, John Charles Francis, who was sickly and died at the age of 14.

As Hitlery would say, at this point, what difference does it make?

Some city “gifted and talented” students are more equal than others — and that’s OK, a Manhattan judge has ruled. Outraged parents yesterday said they were planning to send their kids to private school — or even move out of the city — after the ruling that the Department of Education can continue giving preferential treatment to the younger siblings of current “gifted and talented” students when deciding which 4-year-olds get admitted to the hyper-competitive program. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Alice Schlesinger tossed a suit by parents of some of the extra smart kids who got edged out by

Love. It’s the most powerful word in the English language. When it is flanked by two pronouns, it becomes the most powerful sentence in the English language: I love you. Those three words change hearts. They change lives. They change everything. It doesn’t matter what part of the world you live in or what language you speak, there are the equivalents of those three words. And they carry with them the same power everywhere they’re uttered. For the person saying them, and the one hearing them.

Los Angeles- Former Food Network star Paula Deen turned down a chance to compete on "Dancing with the Stars" in Los Angeles, UsMagazine.com reported Wednesday. "The dance floor is not the appropriate forum for her," a source close to Deen told the magazine. The 66-year-old, Georgia-born chef admitted in a May deposition for a lawsuit she had used the N-word in the past. That comment, and her description of a so-called plantation-style wedding she would like to see, sparked a media firestorm that prompted the Food Network to fire her. Deen later insisted she is not a racist and

MOSCOW — Russian officials said they were unhappy with President Obama´s decision to cancel a summit meeting in the wake of the Kremlin´s decision to grant temporary asylum to Edward Snowden, but that the Americans were largely hurting themselves. “We are dissatisfied with the U.S. administration decision to cancel Obama’s planned visit to Moscow early in September,” Yuri Ushakov, an aide to President Vladimir Putin, told reporters. He said it was clear to the Russians that the decision was connected to the Snowden case, "which was not created by us at all.” The U.S. is not ready to build relations

How heavy can one country get? Until recently, the sky seemed the limit. If recent trends continued, government researchers warned in 2008, some 86% of U.S. adults would be overweight or obese by 2030, and a third of our kids would be fully obese by the time they turned 20. But the fever may finally be breaking. A wisp of good news came from the Centers from Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which announced Tuesday that obesity rates have recently declined among low-income children in 19 states and territories. “While the changes are small,” CDC Director

WASHINGTON — U.S. officials insisted Tuesday that extraordinary security measures for nearly two dozen diplomatic posts were to thwart an “immediate, specific threat,” a claim questioned by counterterrorism experts, who note that the alert covers an incongruous set of nations from the Middle East to an island off the southern coast of Africa. Analysts don’t dispute the Obama administration’s narrative that it’s gleaned intelligence on a plot involving al Qaida’s most active affiliate, the Yemen-based Arabian Peninsula branch. That would explain why most U.S. posts in the Persian Gulf are on lockdown, including the U.

Former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney jumped into the debate over the GOP’s future Tuesday night, warning congressional Republicans against forcing a government shutdown in their quest to stop President Barack Obama’s signature health care law. Romney addressed more than 200 donors on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee at a fundraiser for the New Hampshire Republican Party, staged just four miles from the vacation home where he has spent much of the summer with his family. The event was closed to the media, but his office released his prepared remarks.

Critics of the president are convinced that Barack Obama will do lasting damage to the U.S. I doubt it. Obama came to power in the third year of large Democratic congressional majorities. In his first referendum, he lost the House and he may soon lose the Senate; in other words, there followed a somewhat normal reaction against a majority party. Obama’s popularity rating is well below 50%, despite an obsequious media and a brilliantly negative billion-dollar campaign that long ago turned Mitt Romney into a veritable elevator-using, equestrian-marrying, canine-hating monster. In a rare diplomatic snub, President Obama is canceling plans to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow next month. The decision reflects both U.S. anger over Russia´s harboring of National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden and growing frustration within the Obama administration over what it sees as Moscow´s stubbornness on other key issues, including missile defense and human rights. Obama will still attend the Group of 20 economic summit in St. Petersburg, Russia, but a top White House official said the president had no plans to hold one-on-one talks with Putin while there.

Over the last week, there has been a lot of buzz about a supposed CIA angle to the Benghazi story. Specifically, it has been alleged that a substantial number of CIA employees were on the ground in Benghazi, carrying out a mission that involved rounding up Libyan weapons and transferring them to rebels in Syria. Further, it has been reported that the CIA has leaned on its employees not to cooperate with Congressional investigations or the media, and it has been suggested that the CIA’s role in Benghazi may be related to the al Qaeda
