The logical result of the war on the black family(called by the ignorant as The War on Poverty)! One of the few things on which I have personal experience. Before the Democrats used taxpayers money to make black males no longer necessary except as sperm donors there were black families struggling but held together by a HUSBAND and WIFE that taught their offspring to work for a living and not steal,sell drugs or swap their votes for welfare checks. I walked among them in day and night without fear. Now most black dominated areas are avoided like war zones. When and if blacks recover real power as opposed to their status as useful pets of the Democratic party they will sue the Democrats for years of destruction of their children.

For your precedent, look at the past thousand years of culture on the entire continent of Africa. Constant tribal warfare, with murder and mutilation, all for nothing except the temporary exchange of turf. It just moved to the inner cities of America and the weapons got more lethal. The left is winning the gun control battle even though the assault weapons ban is unlikely to be enacted. I think the liberal democrats actual motive is universal background checks for all firearm transactions which might pass as a "reasonable" compromise. Such a law is a dangerous, incremental step toward universal registration of privately owned firearms. When it becomes a crime to not register firearms, it is over. You can kiss the 2nd Amendment good bye.

Like Muslims killing other Muslims, no one cares. It´s what they do in their culture. Only they can fix it. This is not "black culture" - the homicide rate among black Americans was an order of magnitude lower in the 1950´s. The percentage of black men in prison has skyrocketed since the 1960´s. What happened in the 1960´s to cause all this death and misery? Anyone?
