No sex, boobs, sleazy innuendos, smart ass kids with dumb parents, over eating taco chips or boozing it up. Just one of God´s beautiful creatures and human´s who appreciate his handy work . . . sounds like a winner to me. I would love to be able to give that cute baby a big hug.

And the trainers not bad, either!

I love these horses. I´m not a sappy person but that ad does bring a tear to my eye. A few weeks ago, a team of the Clydesdales were staying near here. I went there and got to practically snuggle one of them. They are just majestic and beautiful.

Oh how I love horses! I even love the smell of horses. There´s an aroma that speaks of earth and sweat and pure muscle that is beautifuol in itself.

@6, you and I must be sisters. I would far rather muck out a horse stable than clean house (TheDad will back me up on this, lol!).

This means I can finally give up the Puppy Bowl and can watch the Super Bowl and still see baby animals.

Me too, #6. My family has kept horses(not Clydesdales) for four generations that I can count. One of my favorite places to be is in my tack room where the sweat soaked saddles and bridles hang to dry out when not being used. "Sweat soaked leather" sounds like hell but smells like heaven.

What a beautiful commercial. Clydesdales are spectacular horses and this little foal, with his beauty, just brought tears to my eyes. This ad is the winner!

This commercial made me cry, because its real.
When our horse sees my car, she runs to the gate just like a puppy. All of the horses have different personalities and most are sweet as can be.

I grew up with horses, and it´s been many years since I was near or in a stable, but were I blind folded and led into one, I would immediately recognize that aroma...the drying leather, the horse blankets, the smell of leather soap.......I know there are horses in heaven....I have been told. Can´t wait to ride Stormy again...or Topsey....or Sally....or Buttermilk. Pretty sure Calico and Lobo didn´t make though. ;)

Horse person here too. Cried like a baby at this commercial. Mr. Steele81 always says I love my horses more than I love him. They do get preferential treatment.

Between this commercial and the sad news about Barney Bush, I´ve been in tears all night.

What a wonderful commercial! How very refreshing. I got the chills from very beginning of it. I too have always loved horses. I love their noses. They feel like velvet. Dittos on the trainer. He´s not too bad either! Many years ago we went to St. Louis to see the Clydesdales. They were such beautiful, majestic animals. I have never forgotten it.

another horse person here..from the time I was knee high....have not ridden for many years. but still have dreams where I do...like riding a bike..once you know how..you never forget..you can always.."sit" at horse.God´s beauties...

Seems as if Ldotters are quite a horsy family! I went out to see my guy today and he ran right in to say hi! Yes, the smell is injected into us as soon as we smell it the first time, and you never ever forget it and the peace it brings you because it will course through your veins forever. Of COURSE I loved the commercial!

We had horses growing up too. So right, you never forget the smell, the velvet nose, so soft. The big beautiful eyes and the loyalty. I have yet to experience a sensation as exhilarating as riding a horse at a full run. It is like nothing else.

I have not ridden or been around horses in many years and I miss them immensely. My husband has grown to love them from a distance and we hope someday to have one. Don´t know if that dream will ever come true now, the future is so dark. Thanks OP for posting, very nice.

I´m a long haul truck driver, my second career. For years, I´ve said that I´d drive for free for Budweiser for one year if they would reimburse my expenses, if I could pull one of their horse vans. That´s a serious statement that I´d be willing to honor just for the experience and the opportunity to be closely involved with the Clydesdales.

We lived in the St. Louis area for a lifetime and had the opportunity to visit these beautiful horses at the brewery and at the farm. And there was nothing more spectacular than on the first day of baseball season to see Gussie Busch taking the team and wagon around Busch Stadium while the crowd went nuts!

This ad is just precious. DH said he saw on Fox Business channel last night that the ad made for Super Bowl in 2002 (the horses bowing) was the #1 Super Bowl ad of all time and that A-B only showed it the one time at the game. They are truly a treasure. Did you see in the article there are 40 babies on the way? How exciting.

One more thing: There is a Busch farm in southwest St. Louis with a street running alongside one of the fields where you could see the horses grazing. Some years ago, someone shot one (or more) of the horses. I don´t remember the story, it´s been too long ago. I´ve been gone from there for too long, but it might be Laclede Station Road. Can you imagine the hatefulness in a heart that would shoot one of these beauties?
