Sissors at 12 inches may be an excellent weapon to collect payment due for services rendered from a reluctant US Senator or Gov. agent but at 25 feet against a shooter ( gun not at fault) is a death wish.

As silly as it may be, I rather have scissors in hand than nothing. Rather then duck and hide, I would be grabing a fire extinguisher, pot of hot coffee... Will I stop them cold, no, but at least I give cause for others to join me.
