The biggest lie is that he was elegible to run for POTUS.
Thank you, Diane Feinstein, for the giant cover-up ... and now you want to destroy the Second Amendment and our right to protect ourselves from big government.

As the saying goes, "You can tell he´s lying if his lips are moving." I´m afraid our President has a very casual aquaintence with the truth. It serves as a balance with his convenitent memory.

It´s a shame the corrections to the lies are rarely heard by the same people who heard the first lie. By design, POTUS et al lie publicly, it´s broadcast by the MSM and gets watched by LoVos on CNN, ABC, etc.

But the corrections are usually heard on Fox News, conservative internet sites or talk radio, which the lie-ees never bother to frequent.

So, the lie stands and the debunking of the lies vanish into thin air. By design.

This is why we need a massive series of networks of our own. Right now, Fox and talk radio are all we´ve got to reach the LoVos with the truth.

The thing about this is that it the Obama Administration is saying that they need more laws on the books regulating the sale of guns. Yet, they also say they do not have time to prosecute those who break the laws that are already on the books. This is the point to emphasize to those who argue for more gun control: the government does not enforce the laws ALREADY on the books, why would anyone believe that they are going to enforce any new laws? For that matter, how can you argue that we need more laws when the government doesn´t use the ones already on the books? Maybe all that is needed to fix the problem (I´m not sure there is a problem, but those who argue for more gun control believe there is) is for the government to start enforcing the current laws?

Obama lied! He is a consummate lier. If his lips are moving he´s lying.

Come to think of it, can anyone cite a single example of a statement by Obama has ever made on an important or controversial subject which was NOT a lie???

Where the second amendment is concerned, it isn´t constitutional to have ANY laws on the books regarding possession (to keep) or carrying (and bear) of arms (and that´s more than just firearms). Think about it.

He said "up to 40%". There was a study on record that claimed 40%. Others suggested lower rates. It is perfectly accurate to say "up to 40%". It may be misleading if the true number is closer to 22%, but it is certainly not a ´fib´.

Today´s background check rules only pick up those with serious mental illness and a history of psychotic breaks if they have been involuntarily hospitalized. Many have been hospitalized voluntarily; this would not pick those up. It also won´t pick up those who have had psychotic breaks and would like to be on the ´do not sell´ lists, but haven´t been adjudicated mentally ill. Mental illness is a medical condition, not a legal condition. It makes no sense that the final arbiter of which people are too mentally ill to purchase guns is a judge and not a doctor.
