Chicago reaches 40 homicides
in January

Associated Press, by Don Babwin

Original Article

Posted By:JoniTx, 1/29/2013 2:23:07 AM

CHICAGO- A bloody weekend in which seven people were killed and six wounded has put an abrupt end - at least for now - to hopes that Chicago was at least putting a lid on its frightening homicide rate. With a few days left in the month, the nation´s third-largest city now finds itself on the cusp of its deadliest January in more than a decade. (Snip) Police say the homicide rate is a reflection of the city´s gang problem and a proliferation of guns. Chicago has for years tried to cut off the flow of guns.

They shank each other in prison! Dont tell me guns are at fault with these imbecilic low-life maniacs! Being "gang-bangers" is attractive to low iq dumbasses and a bunch of liberal media dopes and wannabe dumbass white kids help to perpetutae this myth that theres something attractive about being stupid and in a gang....The dumbing down of America thanks to public schools, liberals, and so many apologists! Nobody cares what these inner city goons do as long as it doesn´t spill over to teh burbs.Even if you survive not getting shot, you´ll probably end up in jail at some point because someone will rat you out to save their own skin.

Inside of hat you have a culture where men and women couldn´t care less about being faithful to each other,so this leads to all kinds of fights, bleached clothes, tire slashings, busted cell phone, computers etc. And it´s all an acceptable part of the lifestyle.

And how many of the guns used were legally owned by the shooter? And how many guns used were in legitimate self-defense?

Oh, and while I´m at it: How many of those guns would still be on the street after Choom passes his proposed gun law?

All this killing in Chi-town. Sounds a little like the gang turf battles of the Prohibition Era, doesn´t it? An era when the press was bought off by the mob, and the politicians were bought off, too. Today, you have the gang violence, and the politicians blame it on the law abiding citizens. The politicians may not be bought off, but the politicians act as though they are. And the press is so gutted, they have no investigative reporters. They just print the lies of the politicians, and feel smug about their Ivy League journalism diplomas hanging on the walls. I sound a little bitter, don´t I?

Barry´s homeboys do a better job offing their rivals than the military does. Round all of them up and send them to the middle east or Africa and tell them to go at it.

FTA:Among those killed over the weekend was 34-year-old Ronnie Chambers, who was shot in the head with what police believe was an assault weapon. Such guns are banned in Chicago but can be purchased legally in the suburbs or nearby states. Chambers is the fourth child of Shirley Chambers to fall victim to gun violence.

Well, let´s see here...Shot with an "assault weapon" was he? Exactly how much more dead is he than if he were shot with a nicer sounding gun? Perhaps a ´Benelli´ similar to the one Zero uses to skeet shoot. Great name, it almost sounds like a car name.

Fourth child, Shirley? Wow, what a coincidence. Were they all unarmed? Were they all gang bangers hanging on the corner? Or were they shot going to work at 6am. Inquiring minds would like to know.

Forty in January. It would have been a lot more had it been warmer this month. I can´t wait for July and August. The police chief should have this under control by then. (/s)

I just love the fact that they think that guns are the source of the problem. Chicago must have a whole lot of ´deep thinkers´.

By the way, Burris should have gotten a minimum of 10 years for carrying an unlicenced gun and another 10 for discharging it. He got off easy.

No proof of any of that, but that doesn´t stop the scribblers from implying that banning guns all across America is the answer to Chicago´s gang problems.

Way to go Chicago! If you keep up at this rate you´ll break your own record! Lets hear it for "Chicago Values" and mayor Rahm Immanuel!

Just think about it. Chicago has the second strictest laws regarding guns in the United States, second only to Washington DC. And they have the highest murder rate of any city in Western civilization. Clearly the laws are useless in preventing gun violence, but no, they have to double down on the stupidity. And Rahm has the nads to come to Washington to tell the rest of the country how they should institute more gun control laws. Beam me up Scotty, there is no sign of intelligent life here.

Maybe this mayhem needs to reach the leaders of the cesspool...

Mayhem: the crime of willfully inflicting a bodily injury on another so as to make the victim less capable of self-defense or, under modern statutes, so as to cripple or mutilate the victim.

Seems to me that not enforcing the law is purposeful!

The solution is both simple and clear. ADDITIONAL gun laws must be enacted to further constrain law-abiding citizens´ usage of guns. Criminals will, of course, continue to obey laws just like they presently do. For example, a candidate new law might require citizens to keep all firearms and ammunition FULLY DISASSEMBLED at all times.

It´s difficult to imagine Conservative activists behaving like the people who celebrated Margaret Thatcher´s death in Glasgow and Brixton. That´s partly because it´s hard to think of any Left-wing leader who had as powerful an effect on the country as she did. But, still, between them, Harold Wilson and Jim Callaghan – with quite a lot of help from Edward Heath – led to a disastrous decline in British fortunes in the 1970s,

The agency, which wanted to begin the new schedule Aug. 5, said the decision was made Tuesday by its board of governors. “By including restrictive language in the Continuing Resolution, Congress has prohibited implementation of a new national delivery schedule,”

President Obama´s budget plan would increase taxes by $580 billion over the next decade, but it relies on many proposals that have been repeatedly rejected by Congress. Some were rejected as recently as January, when Congress voted to make permanent a series of tax cuts first enacted under President George W. Bush. Among them, a proposal to limit itemized deductions for high-income families. One new proposal is a 94 cents-a-pack increase in the cigarette tax. The state of California is reportedly considering legislation that would force group insurance policies to provide infertility treatment for gay and lesbian couples. Two men who have sex with each other for a year and do not produce a baby would be considered “infertile” under the proposed legislation. So would two women having sex. Since biology does not allow those without a uterus to conceive or those without a penis to impregnate, every year-long gay couple in California would potentially be covered by this new provision of California law.
