First, on a personal note: Thank you, thank you and thank you, Mary Elizabeth Williams! What a glorious service you’ve done the pro-life cause. I know, that’s not what you intended. But that’s precisely what you’ve accomplished. Did I say thank you? In her jaw-dropping article, “So what if abortion ends life?” Williams – a mainstream, though uncharacteristically honest pro-abort scribe for Salon.com – has inexplicably broken from the Orwellian left’s ministerial script.

How many of the alphabet newsrooms and liberal fishwrappers will have editorial comments on Williams´ rant? I know. None. This is the only place you will hear about this and this a very regional rag in northwest Oregon. Oh, and Lucyanne.... of course.

If indeed "all (human) life is not equal", then who will decide the hierarchy of worth? What are the "rules"? The one with the physical power ("the strong") will decide for the weak. The famous "might makes right" argument. Read "Murderous Science" by Benno Muller-Hill about the euthanasia movement early 20th century and how in Germany it contained the concept of "life unworthy of life", which led to selective sterilization of the handicapped and mental patients, and ultimately to the death camps. Read also "Ominous Parallels" by Leonard Peikoff, to see the same philosophy growing in the United States of America.

There is indeed nothing fresh or new about it. When we plan to murder the first step is to dehumanize the intended victim, whether it is Jews, blacks, Arabs, OTHER Europeans, Chinese, no matter. It is that moment when we turn our back to God.

Don´t you just love how the murder-loving leftists claim that Planned Parenthood provides all kinds of services for women´s health and for people who choose to keep their babies??...but just today, my friend said that he and his wife went to PP to get an ultrasound. The PP staff asked if they were terminating the pregnancy. They said no. PP said they only give ultrasounds to women who?are going to terminate. Hear that?? You can only look at it if you want to kill it. Yes, they ARE an abortion factory...nothing more. This Williams woman sounds like a lot of lefties who say they "embrace abortion" and celebrate it. They think it is something to glorify. Sick!!!

Here´s some interesting information I was not aware of.

Mary Elizabeth Williams has cancer spreading throughout her body. She will be dead soon, so her anti-life propaganda will fall with her. She is on all these experimental drugs, fighting for her life. Just like aborting babies fight for theirs. She sees no correlation. Doctors are helping her live, because to her, life is so precious. Her life is better than others.

I don´t know if I believe in a literal hell. But if it exists, she´s going to be roasting forever, right along side Hitler and Pol Pot. Bon appetit, scum.

For me, the earth the day she croaks will be brighter, fresher, and goodness will replace her evil. Until then, I hope she has a lousy, painful life full of drugs, reactions, and loss of body functions, kind of along the lines of all those worthwhile sacrificed children.

Is this part of a trend of Democrats coming out of the closet and admitting what their agenda really is? I hope so. More than anything, people need to realize what is behind their "compassion" "tolerance" and "fairness" smokescreens. This article is such a good example.

The headline is a statement to, not a quote from Boehner, but it was worth the deception to make the point. President Obama has been given so much slack by an enabling Washington D.C. media, that Obama is now hanging onto the rope to avoid falling into the abyss. The fawning media who placed all their political bets on his success, is unwilling to admit publicly (and perhaps even privately) what they know in their brains but unwilling to let their heart in on: Obama is and always was a phony.

Because of the release of a new movie about him, I wish to discuss Steve Jobs and his obvious success. But to do that leads me to one of Jobs’ greatest admirers, Rush Limbaugh. Rush’s fondness for Steve Jobs began with Rush’s great love of technology. He didn’t become enamored with Apple products because of Steve Jobs, he became enamored with Jobs because of his products. Rush knew they must have been demanded by someone who thought like he did: attempt as much as possible to achieve perfection.

It’s starting. Well, it’s been predicted, but what’s beginning is something even America’s low-informed might notice but only when in front of their collective faces. Banks in southern Europe are beginning to restrict access to bank accounts. That this phenomenon will make its way across the pond is becoming rather clear, but only to those who listen carefully. Our money, the dollar we once knew, is now only virtual. The dollar our country made the standard of the world, has become an X and an O repeated and created trillions of times over each day without anything to back up its value. We’ve been off the gold standard since 1972, and since then the dollar established itself as the fiat currency of the world.

Although wars have produced marvelous inventions by which to win battles, technical, mechanical and human progress expands exponentially when given the freedoms brought about by the maintenance of peace through strength. Peace provides this success only when it is felt to be reasonably long in expected duration. Although tyranny can also produce peace and prosperity, the absence of tyranny combined with the freedoms inherent in the American experiment of a democratic republic have given the world its first glimpse of long-term, true human success and happiness.

In coming days the Boy Scouts of America will decide whether to violate – eliminate, really – its own mission statement, oath and law by changing its policy to allow, within its ranks, Scouts and Scoutmasters who are open practitioners of the homosexual lifestyle. Sadly, to do so would destroy BSA’s credibility as a “morally straight” organization. Such foolhardy capitulation to extremist pressure groups would spell the demise of Scouting as we’ve known it. President Obama addressed the White House press corps today, announcing that with the final numbers in, Obamacare´s exchanges have attracted eight million sign-ups -- 35 percent of whom are "under the age of 35," he said. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent.
