EPA Email Scandal Is Worse

Breitbart's Big Government, by George Landrith & Peter Roff

President Barack Obama and, for that matter, most of America seem woefully ignorant about a scandal unfolding at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. As hard as it is to believe, outgoing Administrator Lisa Jackson actually appears to have had agency personnel create a fictitious employee by the name of “Richard Windsor” so that Jackson could appropriate the Windsor’s email address for her own purposes. We’re not talking about some alias to be used for personal correspondence but a totally false identity in whose name official business was allegedly conducted created specifically to

I am not suprised. Obama zelot appointees operate on "the ends justify the means" principle. To them the only crime is getting caught. This administration is lawless.

i´m kind of surprised they would have to set up a fake e-mail account to hide any alleged corruption. The Republicans aren´t going to investigate anything anyway and, since the corrupt media is the propaganda arm of the marxist party they have nothing to fear from them either.

Should invaldate everything done by the EPA that needed Lisa Jackson´s signature, input, or consultation.

Most transparent administration, huh?

Republicans should be asking "what´s up with all the secrets, the fake identities, the cover-up"?

absolutely right, #2 and ain´t that a cryin´ shame. most of the time i can hardly bear to read this kind of article but end up doing so and then feeling totally frustrated and disheartened. i was so hopeful when romney ran that we could have some fresh(er) air breathed into washington and much of our former wonderful country. now, i feel I´m just watching it die in front of my very eyes.

This appears to be possibly a scandal that could lead to criminal charges, but this too will pass. We the people are no longer represented in Washington by the House or Senate. The DOJ is a corrupt joke, selectively enforcing the law against only those who appear to be a threat to their and Obama´s agendas.

Since ´Richard Windsor´ was the one that conducted official EPA business as the head of the EPA, all of Lisa Jackson´s current and future pay and benefits should be placed in an escrow account which only Richard Windsor (and not Lisa Jackson) can touch. Ms Jackson should then be prosecuted for violation of acts regarding FOIA and government documentation.

Bit you don´t understand she isn´t a crook she did create a new agency all by herself though -- the EDA Enviromental destruction agency.

There´s no reason for them to worry about this scandal. The conservative media is far too interested in Obama´s remarks about Hillary on 69 minutes.

Sometimes I think we have a ring through our nose and the liberal press points us in whatever way they want us to look.

I´ll bet she got a golden parachute retirement package on her way out the door with a signed non disclosure statement so she´ll never be able to discuss it,write a book or whatever.

When you´re a soldier in the war on climate change, the cause trumps anything you did to further the cause. She probably broke dozens of laws if you broke them all down. But like I´ve been saying for 4 years,Obama couldn´t care less about the rule of law and she´ll skip town going her merry way, living off the tax payers.

Obama just said the other day people need to be held accountable for their actions. This excludes her of course.

the person taking her place could be just as bad. This ugy has a history of being an animal nut so he could use them as an excuse to kill pollution.

Hmmmmm... now wouldn´t that be "unique" for a black Democrat? /s

I agree with #2 and #16. This is not a one of a kind happening. My guess, and I´ll wager a pretty good one, is that this kind of shananigan is going on in other of the Obama administration.
To see if Richard Windsor is collecting, I suggest that look for a SSN for him, Federal Income Tax returns, registered autos, travel tickets and hotel, resort and cruise line reservations. A parking assignment at EPA and an facitlity entry ID and badge. Was there ever a security check on "it" and what was his clearance level????
Again, my wager is that there are many other "Richard Windsor" types in the administration save orgs like CIA,NSA,FBI,CID et alia. In their cases, it is a real person who is using an alias as a need for his class of work.

Even if it comes up to an administraton official, they will deny that ´Richard Windson´ exists. Or that any such thing could/would happen the this admisistration. They seized the power to run this country like mafia runs businesses. The only thing that prevents them to do so is the remains of democracy. Otherwise the lawlessness would reach the levels of china/russia/cuba/venezuela or some african dictatorship.

Oh come on. Do you really think these Marxists are going to reveal anything or obey the law? The Executive Branch is a communist party operation, period. They are dismantling the representative republic and will have completely dismantled by 2014. The House and Senate are irrelevant because they´ve chosen to be. The Fourth Estate is 98 percent Marxist. The courts are 51% tyranny based so of course they all have fake e-mails and so what if they get caught. They´ll make up new ones, force the outing of the whistleblower whose life will soon be destroyed. Have you read Rules for Radicals? Why does news like this surprise. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate, is gearing up for 2014. Her SarahPAC came out with a video on Wednesday aimed at fueling the conservative fires for a dramatic comeback in the midterm elections. The “Loaded for Bear” video features tea party favorite Sen. Former GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin mocked President Obama, GOP consultant Karl Rove and the mainstream media in a folksy speech to a gathering of conservative activists outside Washington Saturday. During her address to the Conservative Political Action Conference, or CPAC, Palin accused Obama of failing to lead, instead maintaining a permanent campaign approach of demonizing the opposition. True leadership, she said, means "ending the poisonous practice of treating members of different social, ethnic and religious groups as different electorates, pandered to with different promises."
