| Have you heard much about President Obama’s $787,000,000,000 economic “stimulus” (now estimated to cost $831,000,000,000) lately? In its last report, published in 2011, the president’s own Council of Economic Advisors released an estimate showing that, for every $317,000 in “stimulus” spending that had by then gone out the door, only one job had been created or saved. Even in Washington, that’s not considered good bang for the buck. Moreover, that was the fifth consecutive “stimulus” report that showed this number getting progressively worse. Well... since in America (a Nation of Laws) we are equal under the Law, I think this makes it pretty clear that each of us only has to follow those laws that he or she feels like following...
That´s my take away.
I am thinking that the law I like the least is the one that says I have to work for the government 4 months out of every year.

As I have said all along, they should check ALIbama´s campaign donations and they will probably find a great deal of that money was doled out to his buddies and funnelled back into his campaign account.
I also think that they should check off-shore and overseas banks for personal accounts that were enhanced during the same period.

Just how dumb are we? The $787 trillion is reality is $3.1 trillion as it became part of the base line budget..Why can´t we understand this..Obama could have sent every man woman child more than $9,000 and that would have been a stimulus.

Secretary of State John Kerry is worth some $200 million, give or take a yacht. So his decision to slap a 5% pay cut on himself in solidarity with government employees squeezed by sequestration won’t likely hurt him much. In March, the number of Americans who dropped out of the labor force increased by 663,000 which adds up to a record 90 million Americans who are no longer looking for employment. It would take superspin powers to portray the March jobs report as anything other than a huge step in the wrong direction. The US economy added just 88,000 jobs last month, 95,000 in the private sector as public payrolls fell by 7,000. The official unemployment rate ticked down a tenth of a point to 7.6%. 1. That is a paltry number of jobs, more or less matching assumed labor force growth per month. So the economy must add at least that many jobs just to keep the labor market at current depressed levels.

DENVER -- One of two members of a white supremacist gang linked to the killing of Colorado´s prisons chief has been arrested just miles from where the state official was shot to death answering the door to his home. James Lohr was taken into custody early Friday, said El Paso County sheriff´s spokesman Jeff Kramer. Lohr was wanted for questioning in the killing of Colorado Corrections Director Tom Clements. It´s unclear if Lohr has been charged. Authorities believe Lohr was in contact with gang associate Evan Ebel days before the slayings of Clements and pizza delivery man Nate Leon.

The unemployment rate, because of a terrible statistic, is down to 7.6%. The number of people in this country who are not working is shameful. Ninety million Americans are no longer in the workforce. Ninety million. People not in the labor force grew by 663,000, and now 90 million. That´s the labor force participation rate. This is 1979 levels.
