Sorry Mr. Merritt. The words of the Founding Fathers in the Federalist Papers and other quotes are quite clear and straightforward on the intent of the Second Amendment. Here is just two examples of MANY quotes:

If you don´t like the 2nd amendment, then follow the constitutional procedures for getting it repealed, but liberals don´t believe in the constitution, or really anything American. It is hard to imagine what they would replace our heritage with, other than hell.

The liberal bedwetters know that it is impossible to repeal the second amendment, so instead they resort to telling us that it doesn´t say what it actually says.
