Michelle Obama proudly paraded her edgy new haircut as she took the stage with her two stylish daughters in tow at the star-studded gala for military families Saturday night, marking the beginning of inauguration weekend festivities. Some of Hollywood´s biggest recording artists, from Usher to Katy Perry, Alicia Keys and Fun., gathered at the Washington Convention Center in DC entertain hundreds of DC-area children and spouses of service members. Dressed in a casual yet chic ensemble consisting of a while loose blouse cinched at the waist with a vibrant belt paired with ankle-length trousers, Mrs Obama appeared

Comments:
She sure adds class and dignity to the White House. s/o I give credit to another poster who said she now looks like Flip Wilson dressed as Geraldine. It is a perfect description.

She´s wearing a new wig and the media goes ga-ga. It´s going to be another long 4 years.

She would do well to get a better mask.

Get a grip, knee pad media. It´s just a new wig. She´s still wearing the ever-present boob belt.

The best I can say is, it covers her ever-scowling eyebrows. Now, if they could find something for those horse teeth and the angry flashing eyes...

Maybe a cousin-it wig!

It is not a haircut. As others have noted, it is a wig. The kind of wig that black hookers wear.

She can top it with a Bozo fright wig for all I care-- the ugliness from within can´t be covered up.

She´s trying to imitate Kerry Washington´s hairdo. Probably thinks there´s some competition there for her hubby´s attention/affection. Whatever, she looks ridiculous cause nothing can fix her nasty nature.

New shag wighat emphasizes here enormous underbite and the fact that she slumps and ducks her head forward.

And then there is Jilly, in her too-tight yellow indoor dress and tall dark outdoor winter boots. She has learned her Mooch lesson well.

Reply 12 - Posted by: Emerson, 1/20/2013 10:22:39 AM     (No. 9127897)

Re #9, not Kerry Washington. She´d have her hair done at a man´s barber to get his attention.

The contrast to Dr. Jill Biden and how lady-like she appeared was shocking. Jill was dressed appropriately and showed respect, but Michelle´s style was to make the event about her. The concert was just another photo-op for her personal history book.

The horrid wig is wretched indeed, but only slightly more so than Mooch´s ever present boob belts. I keep asking who dresses this ignorant woman in these terrible outfits. I am embarrassed that she is first lady. She has no common sense, and she definitely should know better.

Hair cut for Mooch is definitely, a case of turning a sow´s ear into a silk purse.

She dresses like she´s going on at Ringling Brothers Circus to accompany a Clown to the ring.

In the message he issued along with his budget proposal on Wednesday morning, President Barack Obama said he wants to see 4-year-old children in the United States enrolled in public schools. Obama said America needs to start enrolling 4-year-olds to make sure the children are “better prepared for the demands of the global economy” and to help parents save on "child-care costs." After saying the United States needs to “equip our citizens with the skills and training” to fill jobs in manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, Obama said, “And that has to start at the earliest possible age.”

President Obama´s push to pass stricter gun control laws will cost Democrats in the 2014 midterm elections, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said Wednesday. "I think the president has shown he is willing to demagogue an issue and that it is ultimately going to backfire," Cruz said in an interview on Laura Ingraham´s radio show. Cruz´s comments come as Congress debates passing a set of gun control measures meant to reduce gun violence and prevent shooting massacres similar to the one at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.

During Barack Obama´s presidency there have been 32 background checks for gun purchases every minute. Since February of 2009, the first full month of Obama´s presidency, there have been 70,291,049 background checks for gun purchases, according to data released by the FBI. Using February 1, 2009 as our starting date, and March 31, 2013 as our end date, (the latest data from the FBI) Obama has been president for 1,520 days. That equates to 36,480 hours, or 2,188,800 minutes. Divide the 70,291,049 background checks by 2,188,800 minutes and you get approximately 32 checks for gun purchases every minute!

As he rolls out his fiscal 2014 budget on Wednesday, a new survey finds that Americans haven’t felt this confident about President Obama’s handling of the economy since his first year in office. The Gallup poll, which sampled more than 1,000 Americans, found that 57 percent say they have a “great deal or a fair amount of confidence” in Mr. Obama to do the right thing on the economy. That’s up from just 50 percent last year and hasn’t been this high since it hit 71 percent in 2008. Trust in congressional Republicans, on the other hand, remains low.

The media is all abuzz with Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy these days: she fat? Should she really be wearing leather pants while pregnant? What is that cape-like thing she wore the other week? Is she lying about her delivery date? Is she lying about her pregnancy? Why did she wear that dress that made people compare her to an orca whale? All of these are very valid questions, but bring to light another issue: Isn’t there some one else who’s also pregnant right now? Some one who is substantially more important than Kim Kardashian?
