Good grief! CBS better see to it that that child is detroyed!

These nit wits are supposed to be teaching our children. They have no difficulty talking about "situational ethics" which is basically a lack of ethics but are unable to see what that situation really is. Thia is madness, our schools have falllen down the rabbit hole.

I think they have the wrong terrorist. Whichever school official who made this decision is the terrorist. Don´t you just wonder how incredibly stupid you´d have to be to do something like this? The lawsuit should continue even if the school caves.

Unless the parents and taxpayers step in, this idiocy will only get worse. I would love for one of these faceless administrators to face some hard questions, but it will never happen. "We can´t comment on these actions because of privacy concerns". Fire them now.

Many years ago I had a student (1st grader) put his finger up against another student´s head and "shot" him. The chilling thing is his older brother had recently been shot in the head during a drug deal gone bad. I called him over and told him to knock it off and get busy with his work. The principal did talk with the parents telling them that perhaps the child needed to talk with a professional about what happened to his brother. They said thanks but no thanks. That boy was in and out of trouble his whole life and is currently in jail, again. I had a BB gun as an 8 year old, played cops and robbers and cowboys and Indians and have never felt that I would lose control and kill someone. This little girl didn´t do anything wrong. She should have been told that bringing toys from home is not permitted and let it go. They are making a situation where there doesn´t need to be one. Dare I say it, their over reaction is over kill.

She did NOT have the gun..it was at home.

Just think about it: five days a week you send your precious children to be controlled, taught and "protected" by these lunatics! These "Adults" are incapable of thinking like normal adults. they are nothing but hysterical, brainwashed, liberal goons!

Children cannot have a childhood in America anymore. They must be programmed, brainwashed, and labeled by Big Brother. Those children who do not conform will carry a terrorist label throughout life. Scary. Very scary.

#7 I didn´t read the whole story. My mistake. If the girl did not have the toy at school then the school shouldn´t even be involved.

A major part of what is wrong with America is highlighted in the phrase "the girl´s attorney."

She is five years old. And she requires an attorney because, in some important respects, certain school officials are less grown-up than she is.

Now I can sleep tighter at night, knowing that a demented 5-year-old will not sneak into my bedroom with her finger.

What ´school official´ was at the bus stop with these kids and overheard her and why were they there ?

My opinion for what it worth..... ... This school official needs to be fired due to being insane. No sane person would accuse a five year old of being a terrorist for blowing bubbles from a Hello Kitty toy.

Remember folks these are the dedicated "educators" who determine which kid is a "learning disability" and most parents will believe it. It´s all the parents fault by the way.

Mothers: Stay home. Live on less. Care for your children. Homeschool them. If they must go to school (which is not a good idea), go to school with them and monitor the heck out of everything that goes on there. Otherwise, your children will be just some more confused, uneducated, unsocialized lost adults. We already have more than enough of them.

When I was in grade school, we used to shoot paper clips with rubber bands. They sure hurt.

Forty years ago, everything in today´s headlines would have read like The Onion.
