| President Obama said Monday he would outline his plan to reduce gun violence by the end of the week, but he declined to say whether an assault weapons ban would be central to that effort. "My starting point is not to worry about the politics," Obama said when asked about congressional opposition to an assault weapons ban during a press conference at the White House. But while he encouraged members of Congress to "vote their conscience," the president refused to say whether he viewed an assault weapons ban as essential. 1)"Executive Powwers" will be cited for whatever law he wants to create.
2) The NRA/free people will shout about declining freedoms and the illegality of the Executive branch trampling the Constitution.

Since inanimate guns are a widely-known danger, please set a national example by simply making the White House a gun-free zone.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Newtown killer Adam Lanza may have launched his murder spree at Sandy Hook Elementary School as an “act of revenge,” the Daily News has learned.
