Charlie Crist, Homewrecker
Washington Free Beacon, by Staff

Original Article

Posted By:MissMolly, 1/12/2013 5:55:07 AM

The Miami New Times wrote a lengthy profile of the ex-Republican, ex-Independent, ex-governor, and Florida’s rumored Democratic gubernatorial candidate Charlie Crist on Thursday. “You’re a piece of garbage!” a broad, wavy-haired New Yorker recalls bellowing at Crist and his wife. They were in Manhattan, weeks after the governor had left Tallahassee in 2011. Todd Rome, Carole Crist’s ex-husband and a millionaire travel baron, remembers departing an Upper East Side bakery, clutching a box of cupcakes for his daughter’s birthday, when he spotted them.

Comments:
There is a link to the Miami piece, which is very long. This is the juiciest part.

We must stop him from regaining office again. He and his liberal money man Tom (for the people) Morgan.

Get ready for scorched earth charlie, I live in Florida. I may encourage my friends to switch to democrat registration, run ads around the clock about his rest area dalliances and the wife´s ex. the ends justify the means, sorry Charlie.

I didn´t know all this though I live in Florida. U voted against Crist when he ran for governor. Never liked him, never trusted him. Oddly enough, someone started a rumor that Crist is gay. I took that as a false rumor and discounted it. I guess I was right.

Sorry. I meant I did not vote for Crist for the nomination. I did vote for him for governor, reluctantly.

Charlie claimed to be the people´s governor, but like all politicians, Charlie was in it for himself. The odd thing here is that it´s widely known that Charlie is gay and she is just his beard. What a scum she is for abandoning her children for him.

Remember, Crist is an opportunist.
When he was state AG in Florida (before govenor)he put the state prisoners in chain gangs to bolster his cred with conservatives.
He was know as "Chain gang Charlie"
It got him to the governorship.

Charlie Crist is one creepy, little weasel. My thought was that he got married just in time so he would get the nod as VP nominee for John McCain. I still believe it. He was ´my governor´ but he makes me sick and always has - yuk!

Best post I´ve seen in a long time. Todd Rome got to live the dream for a few minutes. I´d love to be able to spot a high-profile, low-life coward on the street and chase him into a hole. I might even enjoy a few adult beverages after it was all over.

Crist´s money man is John Morgan of ´Morgan & Morgan´. Their slogan is "For the People" but their philosophy is ´for the people´s money´. They sue and settle, causing companies to lose tons of money that comes out of ´the people´s´ pocket book in higher prices for everything--especially insurance. They run self-righteous commercials relentlessly shilling for their grubby law firm. And they are constantly talking about ´honor´ as if they knew what it was. My Scottish Terrier has more honor in her pointy ears than either of them have in their immortal souls, if they have souls.
Okay, I feel better now.

MIAMI -- Lilly Pulitzer hosted parties in her bare feet and wasn´t afraid to get a little messy - just as long as she looked good and had fun, too. In the late 1950s, the Palm Beach socialite had time to spare and a wealthy husband who owned citrus groves, so she opened an orange juice stand just off the island´s main shopping street. Pulitzer needed to hide all the juice stains on her clothes, though. Instead of just putting on an apron, she asked her seamstress to make some sleeveless dresses

An attempt by Colorado lawmakers to ban welfare recipients from withdrawing their benefits at ATMs located inside strip clubs was killed by Democrats Thursday night, even though the state House’s third-ranking Democratic legislator supported the measure. Democratic Rep. Dan Pabon lent his support to the Republican-led proposal, offered as an amendment during a debate on the state budget Thursday night, because it would hew to a similar federal rule, according to the Denver Post. Pabon introduced a bill on the issue two years ago, but it didn’t clear the state Senate. State welfare recipients receive their benefits

Add the name of Michelle Lynne (ne Robert) Kosilek to the list of modern phenomena the Founding Fathers would definitely not appreciate being blamed for. Little did they know what havoc they would someday wreak by adding the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution to prohibit “cruel and unusual punishment.” Now comes Kosilek, a convicted wife murderer doing life without parole. He/she is claiming that it would be cruel and unusual punishment to deny him/her a sex-change operation — excuse me, “gender-reassignment surgery.”Not to get too graphic, but Kosilek is begging for elective amputation of a body part.

Two very bad and extremely dangerous economic developments happened yesterday — and Wall Street appeared to miss both of them. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 40.86 points to 14565.25 after the Labor Department announced that the seasonally adjusted number of new jobs created in March was just 88,000 — far below the 190,000 or so Wall Street expected. The March figure was also less than one-third the number of jobs created during February. This led to the misperception that the job market tanked in March. It didn’t.

Duck Dynasty must make liberals heads explode. It is now the most popular “non-scripted” show currently on television. Its Season 3 premiere had 8.6 million viewers and a massive 4.0 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which as you might know, is quite popular with the advertisers. At the same time, each episode ends with the entire family at the dinner table where they pray before eating. Indeed, the Robertson clan is entirely evangelical. They take their faith in Christ seriously and exert quite a bit of effort preaching the gospel. The patriarch of the family, Phil, used to live

Ohio’s Mike DeWine, Alabama’s Luther Strange and Georgia’s Sam Olens, eat your hearts out: President Barack Obama thinks California’s Kamala Harris is the belle of the ball among the nation’s top government lawyers. “She’s brilliant and she’s dedicated, she’s tough … She also happens to be, by far, the best looking attorney general,” Obama said at a Democratic National Committee luncheon in Atherton, Calif., Thursday. “It’s true! Now Kerry has the peace process bug. The State Department spokeswoman did her best to lower expectations. Lots of art connoisseurs know that the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s $25 admission charge is just a suggestion, and that you can get in by paying what you want, or nothing at all. But a lawsuit filed in state Supreme Court last November says the Met hides that policy from visitors. How do you survive a sex scandal? Public-relations reps and crisis-communications counselors have made careers of dispensing advice on such matters. And so the usual counsel follows a fairly trite and untested path: Be honest from the start. Apologize. Make sure your wife stands behind you. Hogwash, for the most part. Everyone apologizes, nearly everyone’s wife is supportive, and no one is honest from the start. But still some politicians survive sordid situations, and some do not. Why? Let’s allow history to be our guide. There are more than enough examples to choose from. It was only Tuesday that former South Carolina governor

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”
