| In less than three weeks since the tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, the battle over gun rights has remained in the news thanks to both opponents and supporters of the Second Amendment. The “meaningful action” that President Obama promised would take place the day of the Newtown shooting is still being debated by yet another presidential task force. The task force was set to meet with gun sellers (like Walmart), gun rights advocates and gun control supporters today and members of the entertainment and video game industry later in the afternoon.

What´s happening on guns and other issues is we´re only seeing the tiny prism of what the MSM wants you to hear and think. It´s easy to think the left is winning on everything because the media says so. Whoever doesn´t agree with the media or Obama is a racist looney tune who need to be obliterated. They´ve already said the Constitution and bible need to be banned along with executing warming deniers.This isn´t one or two leftist fruitcakes saying this, it´s mainstream marxist thinking.
When Obamacare passed over the objections of millions of people,then upheld by a gutless SC,it empowered the marxist thugs to think the unthinkable was now possible. They´re exploiting the civilized,good will of the average person who isn´t wiling to burn their own neighborhoods down in protests like leftists would.
The daily assault on Wisconsin´s capital building was a show of force by the entitled spoiled brat contingent of people in this country. Even though these union thugs have a much better lifestyle than a welfare recipient,it´s not nearly good enough.Just raise taxes,the hell with spending cuts.

One of the commonalities of these spree murderers is that they´re on psychotropic medicines... Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors. I think there should be a task force looking at those drugs. Andrea Yates, the mother who drowned her children one at a time, was taking 450 mg of Effexor (prescribed by her M.D.) which is twice the normal dose and more than the highest recommended dose. She killed children with her bathtub.

Progressive "vote present" when it comes to the cause of murder regardless of if it is done with a gun or a knife or an axe or a hammer!
Progressives fail because THEY blame the object used in the murder and not the killer.
The cause of murder has NOTHING TO DO with the implement used.

The “disconnect” that the killer has from society is caused NOT BY THE GUN but by the void of NOT having ANY relationship with others.
When you are devoid of relationship in your life, you are alone | you feel worthless | you become delusional |you lose the will to live | you become "dead" inside.
So if your life is not living then it becomes possible to kill someone else.
Progressive, should look in the mirror and ask themselves where have THEY failed in creating a relationship with others.
People KILL people!
And the lack of relationships helps that along!

Restrictive gun ban laws will be ignored in the south and midwest--where traditional Americans still are in the majority. I think that a significant number of politicians in Washington D C know that. This could be the issue that gets previously inattentive Americans personally involved in how the federal government functions.

A couple of months ago, François Hollande was presented with a baby camel by local authorities in Timbuktu in appreciation for France’s military action against Islamist militants in Mali. The animal did not come quietly. Hollande had initially hoped to have the camel vaccinated and transported to a Parisian zoo, but decided it would be easiest for the French and best for the beast if it were entrusted to a local Timbuktu family who had suffered damage to their property from French tanks. It appears that his trust was misplaced.

Add the name of Michelle Lynne (ne Robert) Kosilek to the list of modern phenomena the Founding Fathers would definitely not appreciate being blamed for. Little did they know what havoc they would someday wreak by adding the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution to prohibit “cruel and unusual punishment.” Now comes Kosilek, a convicted wife murderer doing life without parole. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 40.86 points to 14565.25 after the Labor Department announced that the seasonally adjusted number of new jobs created in March was just 88,000 — far below the 190,000 or so Wall Street expected. In a stunning end to one of the most aggressively unsuccessful tenures in retail history, JCPenney (JCP) last night announced that CEO Ron Johnson would be leaving effective immediately. Myron Ullman, Johnson´s predecessor at JCPenney, takes office as CEO. When Johnson was initially wooed by JCPenney, it was to serve as CEO with Ullman as Chairman. In January 2012, Ullman was unceremoniously removed from the board. Gone with Ullman was any control the Board of Directors had over Ron Johnson and his control of JCPenney resources.

The state of California is reportedly considering legislation that would force group insurance policies to provide infertility treatment for gay and lesbian couples. Two men who have sex with each other for a year and do not produce a baby would be considered “infertile” under the proposed legislation. So would two women having sex. Since biology does not allow those without a uterus to conceive or those without a penis to impregnate, every year-long gay couple in California would potentially be covered by this new provision of California law.
