The St. Lucie County School District plans to have grief counselors at two elementary schools today after a teacher was stabbed to death in a Palm Beach County home—a crime to which authorities say her son confessed. Gloria Farajian was a second grade teacher at White City Elementary School for almost eight years and had been teaching art at Parkway Elementary School this year. The school district will have counselors at both schools.(Snip) Farajian said he stopped taking prescribed medication for paranoia, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, and knew it was wrong that he killed his mother,

No you are not the only one who thinks the way you do #4. I am so sick and tired of all the f-ing grieving going on I could puke. A punk teenage drunk kills himself and others and out come the grief and all those crosses and flowers by the roadside. It never ceases. LOOK AT ME. I CARE and love to GRIEVE.

Yes, #4 and 5. Somebody has to say it. Here on the Seattle news, just like clockwork, something bad happens, candlelight vigil to follow, "grief" counselors show up and then libs feel all warm and gooey. It´s almost like real events are treated like reality shows. Oh yes, weeks later, here come announcements of law suits and somebody starting a "nonprofit" foundation.

Next on the history channel: Inside the military´s new elite force, the para-grief counselors. They are trained in empathy, psychobable, hugs and teddy bears and anything else secular humanist folks find comfort in. They will stand ready to parachute in on the next school masacre just as law enforcement is arriving. How about leaving alone sometimes?

There was a kid this past year who killed both his parents with a hammer and then laid them out on their bed and locked their bedroom door while he had a huge party. He told one of his friends at the party and the friend called the police. His mom´s last word was "Why?"

A little bit in the media about it but I guess the family wasn´t devout Christian (or Jewish) and nor were they conservative. So ghoulishly report the creepy party aspect and then move on.

Still interested in whether Adam Lanza and his mom were registered to vote and what party they were in. Did they go to church? Things like that seem to be missing from the biography of these two. Things that would have been shared quickly if they´d gone the way of the narrative.

Fredon — The U.S. Supreme Court will decide on Friday whether it will hear a Sussex County man’s challenge to New Jersey’s handgun carry laws. The lawsuit, brought by John Drake, challenges the “justifiable need” requirement the state asks for carrying a handgun. It has drawn the support of the National Rifle Association and 19 other states, who see the case as a possible watershed moment for reevaluating how the Second Amendment and state regulations interact. The nation’s highest court now has scheduled a conference for Friday morning on whether to decide to hear the case in its entirety, according

Climate change’s latest casualty appears to be fish — or more specifically, fish brains — as researchers say the carbon dioxide that’s being absorbed into the ocean is causing the scaly creatures to lose their survival instincts. In other words, the fish are losing their minds, The Daily Mail reported. The acid from atmospheric carbon dioxide seeps into sea waters, dissolves and ultimately lowers the pH balance, researchers said. The acidic waters then hamper the fishes’ sensory systems, so they’re not able to distinguish between smells any longer, the scientists went on. When the acid levels get really high, the fish lose their
