Invoking Christ as an advocate for large and intrusive government may be effective but it is hard to find any evidence for it in the biblical record.

Invocation of our Savior´s name by Chavez was meant to hide its more frequent usage, as in, "Jesus Christ, why is he destroying our country?".

Obama provokes similar usage of the Lord´s name.

There may be shock waves but the world will be a better place without Hugo Chavez, or any other wannabe socialist dictator. People like him stifle the best in mankind and might as well be ruling an ant colony.

Reminds me of an old Wizard of Id cartoon. Rodney, the King´s stooge was on the street interviewing the peasants. He asks one of them, "What do you think of the King?"

I think it would, instead, result in a collective sigh of release. The man is an immoral dictator who has spread evil throughout the Americas. One way or another, it is time for him to go.

IMO a person who includes atheists in a group with baby killer progressives, communists and socialists democrats is uninformed and ignorant. With a little knowledge and education you would find many good, smart, caring and intelligent people are atheists.
