The bible is what it is and doesn´t need amending. Nobody puts a gun to your head and makes you believe everything in it. One thing we do know is if everybody lived by the Ten Commandments,we´d have a balanced budget in no time.

Does anyone actually ever watch or listen to Piers Morgan? Because frankly, I had never heard of him until recently.

Turn my head when a man or woman mocks God. Is like watching someone choosing poison over honey.

At least he won´t do a John Lennon and say that his pathetic show makes him more popular than Jesus Christ. Of course, I could be wrong, since Morgan does not seem to be very bright.

Morgan I can put up with. I have seen churches turn away from the Bible as well, and condone sin or look the other way. When ministers pick and choose which tenets of the Bible they will teach, they remind me of Obama signing yet another executive order.

No "church" should embrace and promote sin, as in homosexuality and gay marriage. Hate the sin but love the sinner should be the message, which the dying protestant churches have gotten away from.

I´ve never watched Morgan other than the one or two seconds it takes while surfing through the TV channels.

He finally figured out how to get his name in print because it certainly wasn´t happening with that ridiculous mess of a program he has.

Although less well known, this guy seems even smarter than Bill Mahar, if such a thing is possible.

Hmmmm, a SEAL team over night visit and a trip to an uninhabited, unknown, Pacific Atoll...an interesting combination.

It´s not the Bible that´s "inherently flawed". It´s Piers Morgan, me, and thee. Believers know this. Piers Morgan doesn´t have a clue.

Piers isn´t going to leave because he is feeding here, but he is not going to have any viewers either.

Here is an excellent opportunity to exercise what the Federalist Papers recommend, with regard to "factions".

Factions, Morgan being a spokesman and representative of a faction of our society, FP recommends, should be ignored. They´ll go away on their own. When you entertain them, you empower them.

Morgan should be amended.

He recently said in response to the petition to get him deported that he would deport himself if we didn´t change our gun laws. I say, Piers, "don´t let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!" The sooner the better!

He is fortunate that there is a loving God.

Notice that he doesn´t dare take aim and the Quran.

I´m sure there´s a translation of the Bible that agrees with Morgan. If there isn´t, he could write one. In the beginning was Obama, who moved upon the face of the deep.

Now if Piers Morgan had real courage he would interview a prominent imam and ask if the Quran was "inherently flawed."

It´s getting harder and harder in this country to say anything so outrageous that it gets attention for a pathetic show. He keeps trying.

The truth is that liberal theologians have already amended the Bible over the past 40-50 years.

We see this in the way post-modern Christianity has come to be so lax about the particulars in God´s word.

The Reformers had it right!

I am certain that the Bible´s Author will be glad to take up that matter with Mr. Morgan at an appropriate future moment.

I would love to see a Morgan vs Hagee debate on the Bible.

Piers Morgan-- show us your moral courage. Tell some muslim leader that his book needs fixed.

I now wonder what the Trump now thinks of Morgan.
Maybe the Bible should take aim at Morgan. A lightning bolt out of the skies to Morgan´s coordinates would certainly be impressive.

It just occurred to me!

Do you think Morgan is looking to fill the niche left vacant when Christopher Hitchens died. It´s been just a year.

Unfortunately, you can find all kinds of ´amended´ bibles, including gay bibles. There are even ´atheist´ type bibles. None of them begin to compare to the original Word Of God. If I were to converse with Morgan, I´d make sure to tell him that I will try to look him up in a few centuries so that we can continue. Whether or not we will is up to him.
