Former President George H.W. Bush has been moved out of the intensive care unit and into a regular patient room at Methodist Hospital in Houston. "President Bush´s condition has improved, so he has been moved today from the intensive care unit to a regular patient room at The Methodist Hospital to continue his recovery. The Bushes thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes," a family spokesman said Saturday. "The president is alert, and as always, in good spirits," Jim McGrath said on Friday. He was reportedly singing with the medical staff.

I am in total agreement with those wishing President Bush a speedy recovery. He is a good man who loves God, his wife and family and surely, his country that he fought for and served all his life.

The Bushes have suffered much under Obama´s reign. They are worthy of much better.

I dare say it will not be encouraging when Obama is on his deathbed, unless he changes his ways and learns from his mistakes.

Prayer covers a multitude of sins in that Jesus paid it all, all to Him we owe. He washed us white as snow. We have only to believe and then to reach out and receive! What a wonderful thought for the new year.

Blessing to one and all for a prosperous new year filled with God´s amazing Love/Grace to fortify US in the midst of the storm. Amen

Nigel Farage´s right-wing UK Independence Party (UKIP) has once again rocked the British political establishment by coming first in a recent poll which quizzed Brits on their feelings towards the four main political parties. If you want to know why the left is wrong about income inequality, you need to watch this Margaret Thatcher video. In just a few minutes, the “Iron Lady” explains how some – perhaps most – statists would be willing to reduce income for the poor if they could impose even greater damage on the rich. This picture is another way of getting across the same point. That´s marginally better than two months ago when they ran at or near all-time lows for Obama. But it´s still far below where it stood a year ago, at his second inaugural, when

Stephen Hawking has produced a "mind-bending" new theory that argues black holes do not actually exist - at least not in the way we currently perceive them. Instead, in his paper, Information Preservation and Weather Forecasting for Black Holes, Hawking proposes that black holes can exist without 'event horizons', the invisible cover believed to surround every black hole.During a previous lecture, 'Into the Black Hole', Hawkins described an event horizon as the boundary of a black hole, "where gravity is just strong enough to drag light back, and prevent it escaping".
“Falling through the event horizon, is a bit like going over Niagara Falls in a canoe", he said. "If you are above the falls, you can get away if you paddle fast enough, but once you are over the edge, you are lost. There's no way back.
