You know, of all the speculating, no one has pondered she may be being coached.
It´s so simple. Avoiding testifying, buying time, and practicing.
Like a light bulb went off. Who else has been fairly absent of late? Could be doing live video conferencing, especially since she seems to be staying out of the country on purpose.
When is the last time she was known to be in the US?
Is she fearful of arrest? That´s a serious thought, btw.

Preston is incorrect. Let me explain this just one more time.
Reid has already said that he is going to change the cloture rule (using what the democrats used to call the nuclear option, on those judicial appointments back in Bush 43 days.)
He will reduce the cloture rule from 60 to 51, push kerry through the nomination process, and if there is the slightest delay in the process, President Zero will find a way to make a recess appointment. He will say the job is too important to leave it vacant.
