I believe she is the same Lisa Jackson who is being scrutinized for using a personal G-mail account to conduct EPA business. That is, she was using the account as a way of keeping her department´s work a secret and out of the public record (i.e. no FOIA scrutiny).

I´d say good riddance, but her ideology made her blind to the legal sands upon which the big new rulings are based. Some of those rules will be taken to court and the court will send them back to be rewritten. After the second case the courts will see the pattern and their will be presumption that all need to be rewritten. The Cross State Pollution rule is demanding that TX reduce emissions by up to 70% because a single sensor 3 states away blipped upward. Oh, and that law only applies to the Eastern half of the country. CA doesn´t need to worry about their plumes that clearly cross several states to the east.

Good riddance indeed. However, she will be replaced with someone just as radical, if not worse. The regime has a full bench of them ready, willing and able to come forward and further destroy the country with their outrageous regulations.

Obama´s Minister of Environmental Justice is departing, but there is surely another leftist ideologue ready to take Jackson´s place and to enforce the economy & elderly killing rules she has enacted. She will not be missed.

Find, please, the Constitutional support for this idiot notion that regulations, issued by unelected -- and obviously unaccountable -- bureaucrats are as much a Law as something passed by the bicameral legislative body and agreed to by the chief executive. I don´t see it anywhere. Because such authority is nowhere explicitly granted.
But then, there is likewise zero support for there to even be a federal EPA (or several other departments also).
Why shouldn´t she act as if she´s above the law? Simple observation would confirm that belief.
