Four Words for Gun-Grabbers: ´Shall not Be Infringed´

| When Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Joe Manchin (D-WV), and certain Democrats in the House of Representatives, promise to push for more gun control in January 2013, they overlook four important words: "shall not be infringed." These words form an integral phrase in the 2nd Amendment, and speak to our Founders´ intent that the U.S. government not "infringe" on the peoples´ God-given right to keep and bear arms. Consider the text of the 2nd Amendment: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a

Comments: It is obvious the Democrats don´t give a whit what the Constitution says. They have shredded it completely already. Some of the Republicans haven´t been much better.

The "living, breathing" constitution crowd finds ways to invent alleged "rights" that were not known to exist at the time the Constitution was written, then somehow ignores rights explicitly called out in the document. Molon Labe.

These elected idiots are only there to loot the treasury for their lazy constituents and have the stupid audacity to make demands. The media is quick to pick it up and repeat the same stupidity...why should this country survive and even less prosper with this behavior???

Unfortunately, ´Shall not Be Infringed´ has already been weakened from the original intent via the multitudinous guns laws and restrictions to ownership over the decades.
I´m just hoping that this onslaught can be halted and exiting restrictions rescinded, peacefully.
I know. I know. But, I can dream, can´t I?

Americans´ rights under the Second Amendment are NOT affected by advances in modern gun technology any more than rights under the First Amendment are affected by advances in communications technology.

This is how liberals read the constitution:
"A well educated electorate, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and read books, shall not be infringed."
That clearly means that only registered voters can own books, and none more than 100 pages, and certainly no no digital readers. Oh, and the books need to be registered at a library, and owners need to be fingerprinted and have yearly reading proficiency tests. /s

Except by liberals and Democrats and progressives, and Executive Order when the top Democrat gets his top court all lined up his way.
At that point, they´ll learn the true meaning of ´´well regulated militia´´...... and it does NOT mean the National Guard.
I just hope this administration is not arming the gangsta ´civilian force´ Obama talked about in the past. After all, they´re arming the drug lords of Mexico, and the Muslim Bro´hood in the Middle East. Is it too far a stretch to suspect they´re arming their inner city thugs as well?

Oh they know fully well what it means. The Second Amendment is not in its essence about fire arms. The Libscum like Schumer et al knows it well. It is about defining the nature of the relationship between Americans and their Government. That relationship is what Liberals have been trying to alter for the last century. Are our rights natural and God given or are they created and bestowed by the Constitution through the government? That´s what this struggle is all about. It is decisevely not about the number of rounds permissible in a magazine or the exact meaning of ´well regulated´.

Until we agree on a proper meaning of these words, the intent of this Amendment remains in limbo.

The White House said Thursday that President Obama "absolutely" did not aid Jay-Z and Beyoncé in obtaining travel licenses to visit Cuba. On Wednesday night, the rapper released a song that bragged about the trip and included the lyrics "boy from the hood but got White House clearance." The lyrics also say Obama told him "chill, you gonna get me impeached." But on Thursday, White House press secretary Jay Carney said dismissively "it´s a song." "I guess nothing rhymes with Treasury, because Treasury offers and gives licenses for travel and the White House had nothing to do it

If you, or your workplace, are still using Windows XP, it’s time to move on. Microsoft will officially end support for the 2001-vintage platform on April 8, 2014, just shy of a year from now. That means no more service packs, no more updates and, most importantly, no more security patches. Windows users generally receive periodic updates from Microsoft via its Windows Update service. These fixes often patch irregular behavior in the operating system. More importantly, they plug vital flaws in the OS´s security, preventing hackers and exploiters from running roughshod over private PCs.

Global PC shipments fell by 13.9 percent in the first quarter of 2013, and according to analyst firm IDC , Windows 8 could very well be the reason. On Wednesday, the Wall Street Journal reported that 76.3 million PC units shipped during the most recent financial period, marking the biggest decline since the IDC began publishing quarterly numbers 19 years ago. “The reaction to Windows 8 is real,” Jay Chou, an IDC analyst, said to The Wall Street Journal. Increased demand for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets have also played a role in this decline,

Controversial gun legislation cleared a key Senate hurdle Thursday, as lawmakers voted 68-31 to start debate on the package which includes expanded background checks and new penalties for gun trafficking. Senate Democrats, joined by a few Republicans, were able to overcome an attempted filibuster by more than a dozen senators opposed to the current bill. Those senators could still slow-walk the debate, but the Senate will ultimately begin votes on amendments -- one of which is considered crucial to winning support for a final vote.

Superstar rapper Jay-Z released a new song Wednesday night addressing the recent controversy around his trip last month to Cuba with wife Beyonce, blasting politicians who have questioned whether it was appropriate for the pair to visit the communist nation. In the song, titled "Open Letter," Jay-Z jokes that he "turned Havana [in]to Atlanta" and claims President Obama told him "chill, you gonna get me impeached." Jay-Z´s song tees off on those questioning his travel plans, at one point asking politicians, "Wanna give me jail time and a fine? Fine, let me commit a real crime."

Reps. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), John Conyers (D-Mich.) and Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.) tried a “stop the filibuster” campaign against Republicans in the upper chamber determined to stop gun-control legislation. The three liberal House members gathered signatures from 47 other lawmakers on the letter sent to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and Sens. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Mike Lee (R-Utah) to “respectfully request that you exercise restraint from engaging in filibusters on these important pieces of legislation.” The filibuster, they maintain, “was neither intended nor used historically to prevent the Senate from working its will on matters supported

Frustrated gun control proponents are determined to pass stricter gun laws, but they increasingly turn to graphic depictions of the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting to push forward their agenda. “I walked the halls where these unspeakable acts took place,” Attorney General Eric Holder said Tuesday during a gun control speech. “I saw the dried blood on the walls. Obama said America needs to start enrolling 4-year-olds to make sure the children are “better prepared for the demands of the global economy” and to help parents save on "child-care costs." After saying the United States needs to “equip our citizens with the skills and training” to fill jobs in manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, Obama said, “And that has to start at the earliest possible age.”
