Obama ‘Likely’ Flying Back
To D.C. Late Wednesday
For Fiscal Cliff Negotiations,
According To Report

Christmas provides the briefest of respites for lawmakers, who are trying to negotiate a debt compromise by New Year’s Eve in order to avoid going over the fiscal cliff. The deadline is a mere six days away, and at this point it is unclear when the talks will start over again. However, new information provided by Fox News’ Ed Henry says that President Obama is “likely” to return to D.C. tomorrow night to continue negotiations. Greta Van Susteren updated her blog earlier tonight with the information provided to Henry by an administration official.

He is sacrificing His well-deserved vacation time to come to the aid of a nation desperately crying out for His wisdom and inspirational leadership. How noble, how great, how all-caring is not He, our Savior? Would even Jesus Christ have made the sacrifices His Majesty is making for us, His flock? The nation´s ladyparts all moisten before His eternal compassion.

I watched obama visit a Marine base on our local news, this morning. He walked into the room and started shaking hands with Marines that were sitting on their butts. WHAT???

When did Marines not stand at attention when a commander walked into a room? When did that change? Was obama really at a Marine base in Hawaii? Or was it a staged photo-op?

Mr. President, we have these things that allow you to talk to each other from great distances. We call them telephones. If you were inclined to negotiate with someone, you would have to have one of your staff dial the number for you and get that person on the phone. Thus, you could work from your vacation and not have to waste taxpayer money on your phony theater of crisis.

Even if the Republicans passed every item in an Obama-generated budget (although the Obama people obviously don´t know the first thing about putting together a budget), giving Obama everything he wanted, they (the Republicans) would get blamed for the ensuing disaster.

Obama is most likely returning to scuttle any late eleventh hour agreements. He wants failure so he can blame Republicans. He wants failure so he can get higher taxes to pay off all the Democrat cronies so they will continue to support them. Alot of Republicans are ok with that as long as they get their share. They went along with Obama on this plan last summer. Its all theatre. Washington needs a major cleaning. Just how much is all of this going to cost?

We gave the job to a partier, someone for whom the golf course is more important than bin Laden, Hawaii more important than addressing the second most grave danger our country has ever faced. Well, actually maybe I should say our problems today are actually worse than anything in history, because so many citizens are blind to our future.

Large numbers of Americans, especially those with less education, continue to have difficulty finding work, undermining arguments that there is a “labor shortage” and need for increased immigration, a new study from the Center for Immigration Studies finds. The report, provided exclusively to Breitbart News, shows that the employment situation of American workers has gradually declined over the past 14 years since 2000. The number of working age adults who are not working has risen relatively quickly in the last 15 years. In 2000, 35.8 million native-born Americans between 18 and 65 years weren´t working. The White House issued veto threats on Wednesday for a pair of bills reining in executive overreach that debuted and were debated on the House floor. The Executive Needs to Faithfully Observe and Respect Congressional Enactments of the Law (ENFORCE the Law) Act of 2014 puts in place a procedure that would expedite the ability of the House or Senate to sue the executive branch for failure to faithfully execute the laws. CONCORD, N.H. — In October 2006, John Breckinridge, a Manchester police officer, saw his partner, Michael Briggs, shot to death in an alley. A report released Tuesday by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform asserted that ex-IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights. Lerner continues to stonewall California Rep. Darrell Issa’s committee, pleading the Fifth again in a divisive Oversight hearing last Wednesday convened to get to the bottom of the IRS’ improper targeting of conservative groups between 2010 and 2012. Oversight member Rep. Jim Jordan told The Daily Caller that the committee is “moving” toward holding Lerner in contempt of Congress to compel her to testify. “I think that’s where we’re moving,” Jordan said. “I think that’s where this is headed.”

During the all-night Senate speech about climate change, Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., said he drove to Hawaii as a teenager. "I just do want to say that right after I turned 17 and got my New Jersey driver´s license, one of the earliest places I drove was a trip — the only trip I have ever taken was to Hawaii," he said on the floor at about 3:00 a.m. "You didn´t drive to Hawaii," Sen. Martin Heinrich, D-N.M., said, correcting the freshman senator. Booker laughed weakly. "I did not drive to Hawaii," he admitted. "Thank you for that clarification, I

Sean Hannity introduced last night’s climate change all-nighter session in the Senate by calling it a “waste of time” for Democrats. He then invited Fox’s Bob Beckel and Greenpeace co-founder turned climate change skeptic Patrick Moore to hash it out over what Hannity called “propaganda and a hoax.” After accusing Beckel of saying everyone in the South believes “crap,” Hannity moved on to Moore, asking him “where is the evidence to suggest this is real and not a political agenda?” “There is no scientific proof that we’re causing climate change,” Moore declared, stressing that he does believe the planet is

Republican David Jolly won the special election to fill the House seat left vacant by the death of his former boss, Rep. C.W. Bill Young (R-Fla.). With nearly all of the votes counted Tuesday night, Jolly had 48.5 percent of the vote to Alex Sink’s 46.7 percent. Libertarian Lucas Overby had 4.8 percent. Sink lost the 2010 governor’s race to Rick Scott. The Democratic Party sunk extensive ad funding into the congressional battle, and DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) tried to paint the loss as a positive. “Republican special interest groups poured in millions to hold onto a Republican
