Tinny Chinni: Washington Post Publishes
Op-ed Urging ´Let´s Give Santa the Boot´

NewsBusters, by Tim Graham

Original Article

Posted By:LittleHoodedMonk, 12/25/2012 7:27:05 PM

Dante Chinni calls himself "a card-carrying member of the East Coast Media Establishment Complex," and he proved in on Sunday with an article in Sunday Outlook section of The Washington Post: "Instead of leaving cookies, let´s give Santa the boot." Secular liberals always first want to save the country for science and rationality, and Santa Claus is "reality´s exception" for little kids. "America doesn’t need any more people who deny reality — at any age." Santa also quite obviously favors the super-rich: Second, Santa raises all sorts of questions about justice.

Comments:
There is something really askew with dRATS thinking. If they really believe Santa Clause is so bad, why don´t they boycott all Christmas shopping and don´t give their little urchins any gifts? Of course, they´d have to do the same for their wives and mistresses. They truly are the party of the jackass.

Secular liberals obviously stink at math, so I´m not buying for a moment that they in any way excel at science and rationality either. They are irrational about society to the point of insanity, and they confuse science with pop pseudo science. I´m just not buying they´re the smartest kids in class.

Christmas isn´t for little kids; it´s for grandparents. If the adults would give it a rest, the kids wouldn´t care.

Gifts are always nice; lying about Santa is not. Once the kids figure out that they´ve been lied to about Santa, by their parents, grandparents, friends, media, even NASA, perhaps they´ll begin to wonder what else they´ve been lied to about..

Bill Clinton uses a car-racing metaphor to explain the difference between rash and calm decision-making in politics. “The great drivers, when the cars get close, the turns get hairy, they calm down, and they see everything, and they act,” he says. “The ones who are fearful and can´t concentrate and can´t calm down, run into the wall.” Republican leaders should pay attention, because on the issue of whether Clinton’s sex life is relevant 14 years after he left office, they’re once again careening toward a wall. Beirut - The chief of Lebanon´s Shiite movement Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, vowed on Sunday that the group would prevail against extremists fighting in neighbouring Syria. "We will win this battle, God willing," he insisted, after describing the group´s role in the conflict in Syria as a fight against "takfiris" -- extremist Sunni Muslims. Hezbollah, a staunch ally of the Syrian regime, has dispatched fighters to the conflict to bolster government troops, finally admitting their presence in April 2013. Nasrallah has regularly defended the decision by saying Hezbollah is countering jihadist fighters, although extremists make up only a portion of those

Cairo - An explosion ripped through a bus carrying South Korean tourists in Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula on Sunday and killed three people, the deadliest attack on vacationers here in years, signaling a potential escalation in the fight by Islamist militants against the Egyptian government. The insurgency that sprouted last summer had previously confined itself to targeting Egyptian military and police forces. But as the government continues its broad repression of Islamists in the wake of the military’s removal of Islamist President Mohamed Morsi in July, the attacks could turn into a much bloodier guerrilla-style conflict, analysts say.

Once again, bitter feelings are being cast in the direction of Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz. With the House passing the “clean” debt ceiling bill and sending it to the Democratic-controlled Senate, it was clear that this particular bill was going to be passed and sent to the president for his signature. But Cruz didn´t want to let Senate Republicans, including Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., off the hook and give President Obama a blank check to once again increase the debt ceiling as we are drowning in red ink. He didn't want Republicans to simply vote against the bill, hiding behind the Democrat majority who were sure to pass it.
